Horrible Customer Service. Inaccurate website description so I requested an exchange for the one I wanted. Followed Al the procedures for the exchange. After a month and a half of waiting, 22 emails and 5 phone calls with rude uncaring Customer Service people I could not get them to send me my exchange. They had the return and my money but would not send me the correct pillowcase. They don’t care about their Customers. Worst experience ever. All I wanted was a simple exchange .

#BLISSY has ZERO customer service! We ordered 2 KING SIZE pillow cases.\ After only a few hand washes the zipper on one pillow case fell off. We contacted #Blissy Customer Service without resolution so we contacted the Better Business Bureau to register Blissy's poor quality issue. #Blissy responded with the promise of a full refund. Two months later still NO REFUND! Blissy RIPOFF!

Poor company they steal from their customers. They delete posts from instragm and they pay scammed to promote their company. The company is owner by a guy who was sued for selling fake weight loss supplements. Disgusting company. All their comments on instragm are fake and paid for.

I odered a hoodie (cost 79 aud including shipping). They sent me a cheap ring instead. I contacted the customer service and they agreed to send the correct item. However, the item never arrived. I asked about the item again and the responses are the same as before, going in circles. I gave them an ultimatum to send the correct item with accurate shipping info and tracking number or a refund. They never replied to me again. I not only did not get the item I wanted, but also have been stressed and annoyed by this whole experience. The mental exhaustion of having to deal with their customer service is what my money paid for.

This product for the price is inferior. The zippers are poor quality and tear even when following washing instructions. Mine completely fell apart. This is a product that you need to wash every week and the quality should reflect this. When I reached out to the company there response was quick which I appreciated but their resolution was a 25% discount on a poorly made product. I really would have liked my money back and for their company to explore a better quality product.

How I wish I'd read the awful reviews about Blissy before I decided to order £180 worth of silk pillowcases. It's been over two weeks now, I've never received any email confirmation of my order and Blissy is not responding to my emails enquiring about said order. I have no faith that anything will arrive and have now asked for a full refund......but will that happen?? I feel sick to my stomach.....

Do not use this company. Products not good quality, when tried to return told I would need to pay £30+ to return item.

Customer service is the worst! I called customer service and the person answering the call was very rude and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. It’s a long story but needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company again!
