The silk and packaging is lovely but the zippers on all my pillowcases ripped after a few washings. I prefer the envelope finish on the cases for that reason alone. I made the recommendation but nothing came of it. Therefore I switched to another provider.

Mine did not wash well. Yes I have the detergent and yes, I have the bag to wash it in. I’ve done all the instructions and just wash. I’m not happy.

Have been flooded with extreme number of Blissy adds claiming a large discount only on limited colors. First off, expensive in each size when compared to other similar products on other sites. I ordered/received past pillowcases that were stitched with too many stitches per inch which basically severed the fabric when I simply was putting the case on the pillow. Hoping new order will be properly made. Previous order did wash well.

The two pillow cases I bought did not last even if I wash my hand in soap for silk… they literally fell apart ! Very disappointed ! They are so expensive they should last longer than less than Year! I will not buy again… not at that price !!!! Quality is not there !

Poor quality. I purchased four pillow cases; two of them came unstitched in just over a year. Since there was no warranty, I was out of luck with the purchase. I contacted customer service, and they couldn't do anything except offer me a small discount on a future purchase. I am certainly not going to buy more when the originals fell apart. Sorry.

Many of my pillowcases have broken zippers after a few uses Yes I have the bag to wash them in The earlier cases did not have this problem did you switch venders?

The initial feel is nice, however - after only a few months the fabric tore. Cannot recommend due to poor quality.
