When I visited their website I received a popup telling me that if I gave them my email address I would be given a 60% off coupon. I handed over my personal information in exchange for this promised discount. I did receive a discount code, with no terms and conditions attached to it, from their support email address shortly after. However, the coded was non-functional. When entered at checkout I only received a message saying that I needed to enter a valid code. I am certain I was doing so, and I informed them of the issue by email and phone. The emails have gone unanswered for more than a week now, and the outcome of every phone call was that a supervisor would have to handle the situation but none were available but would call me back between 1-48 hours. More than a week has passed since I was originally promised that.

The reviews here are just people that have been invited! Just look at their website and what people have said about them online. The real product is overpriced and low quality DO NOT BUY!

These undies don’t hold what they’re supposed to! It doesn’t matter what goes on them, they’re going to leave you in a most embarrassing situation‼️😳😱

The customer service is very poor. They ignored my messages and didn’t answer any of my questions. It is very disappointing because I couldn’t resolve my issue or get any help from the customer service team. The pillowcases are very expensive, so I would expect customer service to match the quality and price of the product. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Sometimes it makes you not want to buy from a company anymore, simply because of the way the customer service treats its customers.

The product is wonderful, I love it, but they suck as a franchise. They wanted a video sent in of what I love about their product and they offered a $200 gift card, so I did, but when it was done and sent in they sent back documents for release of the video, okay, but then??? 2 mo after that it got shady and they said the documents weren't legible, and wanted different things signed. I looked over them, they were fine, so questionable, I don't trust Blissy, and I never got my $200 gift card as promised. Ugh!

I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER!!! I ordered a 1 x neck pillow for $59.54, a one-year guarantee for 9.97, and shipping was 5.90, for a total of $ 85.31. I plan to call my charge card and have this order removed. My name is Barbra Higgins and I am highly disappointed!!!

Facebook had a promotion of 55% off the price of pillowcases from Blissy. I was charged $172 AUD for two pillowcases which I cancelled on seeing the price, but they still sent the box. I have asked to return the pillowcase box (not opened) and they insist it has to go with Fed X which will cost me $109 at the cheapest, then I have to wait 60 days for them to refund the $172 charged at 55% off the price. I did not realise they were a scam. Any advice.

I initially placed my order on 27th May. I had confirmation of the order but no other communication from the company. I eventually found out (not from Blissy) that the product had been returned to sender. I contacted their Customer Services explaining this and received a very short reply. I reordered the item, as it was a gift for my Mother, on 3rd July. Yet again no updates. When I queried as to why I was informed that due to the high volume of orders they were unable to manage any update. I find this incredible to believe. I have since checked on Shop it says the order does not exist. I have, over the years,ordered many pillowcases from Blissy without any problems and their product is without doubt amazing. I have emailed Customer Services again in the hope of getting some clarity.
