I got a Blissy pillowcase as a gift, and I was super excited to try it. However my pillows are king size and the case that I got was standard, so I immediately reached out to Blissy to do an exchange. They were not very friendly on the phone but emailed me the process to initiate the exchange. I sent them the case the next day and didn't hear back from them for 3 WEEKS! Finally I reached out to them again to see where my order stood since I could see that my pillow case was delivered 2 weeks earlier. At this point they didn't even know what order I was referring to even though I followed their instructions and included the order number in the return package. When they finally located the order they shipped out the king size case to the GIFT GIVER! I was livid. Who does that?! I have included my address multiple times and explained in all of my communication with them that this was a gift where I just needed to exchange the size. The whole thing is insane because now a pillow case I waited for 4 weeks to get exchanged is somewhere in Canada while I live in the US. These people clearly don't pay attention nor care about what they're doing.

Bliss’s pillow cases do Not work for my hair! The first two I ordered did …..so I ordered four more and they DO NOT WORK for my hair. My hair is a mess in the morning. Please buyer beware.

Poor customer service, I purchased the profile sleep eye mask and it honestly feels like cardboard. Very expensive for a very uncomfortable mask. I contacted their customer service to see if they’d be willing to let me return - and to return you have to pay for shipping despite the product being of poor quality, and being UK based it is expensive and they only let you use certain shipping providers. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

If I could have chosen. “Zero”, I would have. The pillowcase, its self, was nice but failed after on a few months. The fabric literally disintegrated around the zipper. I contacted the company ( I felt like this may have been a product malfunction). The only thing Customer Service cared about was the order number and email address of the person who purchased it. Because it was a gift, I was able to share what I have with them. The return emails from them were always about seeking further information about the person who purchased-never ONCE did they address the real issue- their product was faulty! I have several other silk pillowcase (different manufacturers) so it is not the replacement that was important to me. Companies are built one customer at a time-apparently Blissy has forgotten this. #nolongeracustomer

Love the softness and coolness however, frays and tears at zipper.

i payed for express shipping and its been 5 days and my sleeping mask still isnt here ugh i was so excited, tbh i had a feeling this site was a scam but i wanted to try it anyway coz i really wanted a silk sleep mask, i hate you guys. whatever

The price of the product on the website is a closely guarded secret. This makes me very suspicious.

the products are five star but the customer service is the poorest of all ... they are arrogant and think they are always right ... after buying a lot and not taking discounts because we are not offered any in Canada thus far for me anyways... they delivered the last product while the gate was closed and left it outside the gate and someone took the item as seen on ring.com and I informed them but they still did not reply ... at least reply sorry we are not giving refund.... we dont really need you as customer well now Canada is not purchasing as much do you wonder why...??
