My sleep mask has arrived and it is beautiful. I live in the UK and I was really worried when after ordering I realised the site is US and not UK. Also it took almost a day for the order confirmation email to arrive. I thought I had been scammed. After reading all the reviews I was worried that I was going to loose my money and not receive the item. It's taken about two weeks for the product to arrive but it's here and it's so nice. I have no complaints. Admittedly I haven't had to contact their customer services so I have no experience in that but overall I am pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

So far so good, it is my first try so it might takes some time to test, but overall satisfied.

Bought as a gift. Had no idea it was coming from USA so it was late for a present. Make sure you order weeks in advance if it’s a gift. It should be made clear that it’s coming from abroad and how long delivery will take

Hello people. I have not bought this product yet. I have tried to find opinions about it, but instead of opinions about the product I have found only complaining about the customer service during the christmas and pandemic time. It is obvious for every wise person that this time is very difficult for everyone... So stop complaining about delivery and please write something about the product. Is it really good or not? Thank you.

**Updated review - Customer service was good and responsive. Item has just arrived and is great quality and no customs charge either. Still no pillow has arrived - NO confirmation email so I can't check my order number or even track shipping - Transaction taken from my bank account though...

Love the Blissy pillowcase. I have bought 3 and sleep on mine every night. I have no added lines or creases on my face as I sometimes had with my cotton pillowcase. Just love it!!

I first ordered the blissy pillowcase for my daughter and myself. I was so pleased with the quality of the fabric, the comfort of the product that I have since purchased one for my granddaughter. It is so comfortable to sleep on, keeping cool all night so you are not having to turn the pillow during the night. I would definitely recommend the Blissy pillowcase.
