Blissy advertises they give 55% discount for their Blissy pillow case. But this is nit true. If you buy 1 pillowcase its only 30% discount, 2 pillow cases its 44% discount and only over 3 or more its 56% discount. This is false advertising. Plus its a gimmick to attract customers to buy. Plus what is on sale is onlyvthe plain pillowcases and not the variety that was advertised.

This response is to Mary, the Manager of Blissy’s “Illustrious” Customer Service Department: 1. I tried to be nice detailing the bleeding of the orange dye into the white however I was met with first sidestepping of that unfortunate issue by giving me laundering instructions for the future which is of no help now the present. 2. Then I’m told by Christine it’s part of the artistic design however if you turn the pillowcase inside out there would be that same effect imprinted however there is none so you are wrong. 3. From your reviews your company Blissy engages in cutesy marketing upfront to lull customers in but when there are actual negative issues the customers are dealing with rather than helping them in good faith you engage in: A. Intimidation B. Bullying C. Disconnecting but let’s call it what it is hanging up on the customer D. Making the customer jump through hoops to prove their innocence E. To reach upper management which is you Mary is impossible and you dictate how it is done so creating obstacles F. Ghosting All illegal and unethical business practices. So not only will I be writing a bad review I’m reaching out to the State of California as well as the Federal Trade Commission to make them aware of your tactics. You choose to ghost your customers but you will need to respond to these entities. Running an online business needs to be guided not only by quality products but ethical employees who adhere to ethical principles and standards of conduct. Your products are beautiful but your treatment of customers is ugly. Shame on you all. You are customers yourselves so absolutely no excuse for this. NONE. Addition based upon Blissy wanting more information from me to understand my experience: Their wanting to “better understand my experience” rings hollow. Everything I listed in my review was what they subjected me too and they are fully aware of their tactics because each employee followed a script(same orchestrated responses)that they deliberately have set in place to rebuff customers after the fact/sale. It’s not too difficult to treat customers fairly so this understanding of my experience or acting dumb deliberately is more accurate is tedious and validates the justification for my review to begin with along with hundreds of others. They had their opportunity but they rebuffed it and transferred the work onto me. Not appropriate Customer Service. It seems they want to target me for my review by pretending I did not purchase from them so they need to come up with a better excuse to pretend to be innocent or confused. I know you are a neutral platform which serves to help buyers beware. I’m sure all the negative reviews are legitimate reflections of what they experienced and you can see the overall pattern so Blissy cannot be this dumbfounded as to why or their ongoing failings in not taking corrective measures unless you choose to maintain their narrative and hopefully they keep generating new customers instead of maintaining repeat ones but at some point that may not work out.

I’ve bought from Blissy a bunch of times because I genuinely like the pillowcases. They’re great for my hair and I’ve noticed a difference. But after this last order, I’m done. A package was marked as delivered and signed for, but the signature wasn’t mine—and I wasn’t even in the country. I sent Blissy all the documentation showing I couldn’t have received it. I just wanted what I paid for. They wouldn’t resend the order or refund me. Their response was basically “USPS says it was delivered, so our hands are tied.” So I went through my credit card company, and after they initially sided with me, the charge was reapplied a few months later. There's nothing else I could do, and Blissy didn’t care. The whole thing felt like I was being treated like a problem, not a customer. I wasn’t asking for a favor—I was asking for a product I paid for and never got. The lack of accountability, especially after being a repeat buyer, is what really got to me. Pathetic customer service. I'm out.

The continuous ads online state 65% off, then 50% off, as of today these entirely false and misleading ads state ALL pillowcases are 40% off. However, they don’t tell you that discount is only if you buy 3-4 (depending on the day). If you buy one they are only 20% off the highest price ever. 80.00 for one pillowcase? What? Ridiculous and these false ads are criminal.

Very disappointed in the return policy. I ordered an expensive profile sleep mask. It did not fit my face. I returned it unused, and in the same packaging two days later. They notified me. I had to pay the shipping to return it on my own dollar. Not only that. The refund is now $10 less than I paid. So basically I paid an extra $30+ for a sleep mask that doesn't work. That is now returned. Clearly they do not stand by their products.

After 2 months the zipper broke, contacted customer support (there isn't any) for a replacement, after 4 emails they insisted I send photos and wanted to know how I was washing the pillowcases, what has this got to do with a broken zipper. Won't buy again, suggest you don't either

Pillowcase is falling apart already. I purchased one around the same time from Temu and that one is still going strong. This Blissy case I paid a lot of money for? Useless. All the stitching around the zip has come undone and I have two huge holes in it now.

I purchased two Blissy pillowcases both of which ripped open at the seams and simply shredded after two washings, notwithstanding gentle handwashing and careful handling. The silk fabric is very flimsy and the overall workmanship is poor. Customer service is sorely lacking as well. This is a bad faith company whose product is woefully lacking in quality and grossly overpriced. Buyer beware!
