Is very uncomfortable and irritates your sleep and I try to return it and was told that oh no you've had it too long I had it like 31 days one day or whatever past the date.

Worst customer service experience. Courier delivered the parcel by leaving it ON MY BIN. Was told by the courier that I needed to reach out to Blissy as they have procedures in place. Blissy insisted that the parcel was “delivered” and made it clear over multiple emails that they were not actually reading my emails by restating this over and over without addressing my point (that the proof of delivery literally shows the parcel on the bin). For an order of over £150 I would at least expect them to read an email about a lost order. Genuinely a horrid company I wish them only the worst. AVOID.

Regret my purchase! The sleep mask doesn't have an adjustable strap so it's very big for me. Looking on returns, they only accept returns by USPS or FedEx. So the cost to return from the UK is the same amount as the mask.

Honestly never tried the product because they falsely advertised the price so I cancelled the sale the customer service agent on the phone was very rude not helpful and changed her demeanor when realizing I was canceling. Sadly disappointed.

I received a blissy pillowcase for my birthday less than three years ago. About two years in to using it as intended on a nightly basis, the zipper is tearing off of the pillowcase. I contacted customer care. I was told they would give me a 25% discount on a new one since it was out of the 1 year warranty. That was a great offer since there’s also a 25% discount on their website… How generous of them to match their own offer that they give any customer! I would never buy another one of these as they are extremely expensive for something that doesn’t last very long. I was told by customer service that I should’ve taken extreme precautions to care for this pillowcase. If you want something that’s very high maintenance, that costs a lot, and that won’t last a very long time… This is for you! Their marketing is amazing… This pillowcase could just about bring world peace, lol! But you have to have amazing marketing if you want to charge an obscene amount for a pillowcase that uses material that won’t stand up to regular use. Buyer beware!!

I bought two Blissy pillowcases, which were expensive. First, they took several days to arrive. After using them, I have been disappointed, because they do not prevent acne as the company advertises. In addition, if I place cream on my face at night, it sticks to the pillowcase (this does not happen when I use a cotton pillowcase.) Last, the pillowcase wrinkles, so it always looks terrible. If you are thinking about buying a Blissy pillowcase, don't waste your money--it is not a good product.

Worst customer service ever. My order took over a week to be delivered in the same city and they were unwilling to help make it right. Charged me to return the items that unfortunately didn't come in the time that I needed. Their customer service was rude and condescending...

Product is just ok. It wrinkles very easily so it actually causes more wrinkles on my face than my cotton pillow case and that is even with steaming it. But the kicker is I have the company a chance to help and they let me down. They refused to give any help or assistance on exchange. The response was flippant. Do not waste your money I have found some other lovely silk pillow cases for less with much better customer care. Shame on you Blissy!
