A few weeks after purchase the length of the zipper separated from the pillowcase, which was not repairable. I contacted customer service, along with a picture, but Blissy would not send a replacement. I bought a better quality silk pillowcase from Thxsilk on Amazon for half the cost, and it’s performed very well. Never by a Blissy!

Two of my pillow cases turned brown, it was the light cream color.

Blissy is SO expensive and the fabric is rice paper thin. 2nd wash, BY HAND, and it shredded on the seams. Called customer service, Zero help. They offered a 20% discount on my next order. NEVER AGAIN. I bought a heavier fabric on Amazon and have had it for 3 years, wash it the machine using a net bag!

I got pink pillowcases. The color looks so pretty. The brightness of it doesn’t last. I wish I had gotten a darker color.

I do like Blissy's Eye Masks. They are easy to use, easy to launder, and help kep out light. They helped with my migraines. However, after i had brain surgery, I couldn't wear them. The band hurt around my head. The pillowcases are of poor quality and very fragile. They quickly fall apart after laundering.
