My wife is delighted with the product, which makes Blissy's marketing frustrating. Why damage a reputation by not getting your sales properly organised? You will be charged UK customs on top of any order, which was £11.01 (£8 Post Office fee). Which is a good % uplift. So the website appears to be selling in £ from UK buts its not. I'll thoroughly recommend silk pillowcases, just tell people to avoid Blissy.

Blissy "pillowcases" Standard size are a very strange size, neither a cushion cover and nowhere near a UK pillow - to use these very EXPENSIVE 'silk' covers, I would have to make my own pillow - of a size that is not comfortable to sleep on. I also think having a zip in a pillowcase is dangerous and can poke the eye or leave a welt on the cheek, rather than the 'smooth, Hollywood skin' they are advertising. Plus for UK orders there is an extra customs charge!! Best wait for a UK company to produce silk pillowcases at a size and price more suitable for our market.

As a UK customer using what looked like a UK website I did not to expect to pay Duty and Handling costs on top of my order. Response from Blissy - Tough - read small print! This is already a high priced item - additional charges when the site states free postage is misleading. Perhaps you could refund the £13.27p

I bought a couple of Blissy pillowcases but it's mostly hype. It doesn't leave me line free first thing in the morning. I much prefer bamboo fabric pillow cases.

I bought this silk, expensive pillowcase as it said it was good for skin on face. It is supposed not to absorb oils and moisture in skin, unlike cotton and other fabrics which do. Those with dry skin wake up without that taut dry skin feeling, moisture is retained. That's the promise. I have been using my pillowcase for 6 days now and have noticed NO change, very disappointing. It has not come up to expectations.

Not free shipping as they falsely advertise! We placed an order of 2 pillowcases from Uk and about a week later received an email from customs advising we had to pay an extra £12! So we ended up paying £110 for 2 pillowcases! They are nice but way too much expensive and not worth your hard earned cash. Don’t do it.

Had this for about 1 week and i don't think the claims the company makes are accurate. Firstly I do have night sweats and the pillow does get wet - at least a cotton one will absorb the dampness - not a silk one! it is also incredibly wrinkly and looks terrible on the bed. Can't comment on the skin and hair thing. Very pricey and I wouldn't recommend spending so much money on it.

My parcel finally arrived. I am happy with the products. I felt that the “support” from Customer Support, could have been a little more helpful. I realise they are possibly not aware of where our parcels end up once they have left Blissy Warehouse, but as a customer I would have liked to know that Blissy would support me until I received, what I had ordered and paid for. All’s well that ends well.
