I purchased 5 pillowcases in October last year and Blissy were very helpful...I got a gift card credit for my order too! I had used a cheaper brand of silk pillowcase that was given to me as a gift but I have found Blissy pillowcase to be of much better quality and my sons love them too as they keep them cooler!!!
