Bought 4 Blissy silk pillowcases. Wife hand washes with her silk under garments and hangs everything to dry in laundry room. 5 months in the first one came apart at the zipper. They sent me a replacement pillowcase. 6 months in and another fell apart like the first. They said sorry you only get one replacement. They knew the pillowcases are made cheaply in China.

Sorry but the mask is too tght against my eyes and caused headaches and problems with my vision.

totally expected better quality for a pillow case that costs $65 I bought one of your pillow cases and a head turban. I washed the pillow case 6 times, without putting it in the dryer and the zipper literally came apart from the case, rendering it useless. I found the turban to be hot and uncomfortable to wear. the turban does not feel like 100% silk to me, just my opinion. I would post a photo but can't find a way to do so on this form.

My pillow case ripped around the zipper! I had purchased the special had wash soap and had always hung my pillow case to dry naturally. Just past the 1 year mark and the company wouldn’t help me with a replacement pillowcase. Spending over $100.00 and no customer service! I will not purchase another or recommend to anyone!

Washed the pillow cases as stated and the material at the zipper came apart, I called them and I still have the pictures. I would rather buy a pillow case at Dollar Tree than Blissy. They do not even get one star if honest. Piece of trash it what that pillow case became. The material completely is horrible!!!

Horrible quality, I bought several pillow cases for myself and family. We all hand washed them and dried them flat and they literally fell apart within a couple months

A long standing customer hand washing my pillowcases. When I reported two of my 8 pillowcases turned into rastreo you all said take a pictures i did so. Next thing I know you all wrote me telling me that so sorry too bad bc the warranty in place had expired i comunícated that i felt this was not fair being that i purchased quality and expected to have them and use them for longer than any warranty that i lnew about i spent 59.99 each and gave 1 as a gift to have it turn into a rag is unacceptable to say the least. Well after many emails back and forth you all decide to give me a coupon discounting my next purchase then come to find out you all Just gave a coupon code that anyone could use which ive already madera the investment now blissy want to give me what any customer would receive when I already spent a a new customer is being lured to purchase basically marketing me into spending more money please for a courtesy coupon for a repeated customer as i would think you want my continued business . I feel strong armed rather than satisfied
