No idea what the product is like as it’s now been two week and not even had an update to tell me where it is or even if it’s arriving, typical Chinese service .. keep the customers in the dark and take there money … will it be delivered will it not ..

Bought two sets in summer - one for my parents and one for my home. I didn’t open mine until November and used them once and immediately fell in love…then I visited my parents over the holidays and saw the state their pillowcases were in. They were literally orange (from white) And felt hard . They washed as per instructions provided by Blissy. Don’t waste your money. I do not recommend.

I have one of their pillowcases and the silk itself is high quality. However, the zipper closure ripped after about 8 months of use. I wanted to replace it. At the same time, I thought I would buy two others for gifts. The Blissy site claims that orders tend to be shipped the same day or next business day. This is a lie. I placed an order November 28th. Shipping wasn't initiated until December 7th. Customer service has been profoundly unhelpful. Blissy is a decent product with simply terrible logistics. They shouldn't even bother with direct to consumer e-commerce because they're awful at it.

Customer service whom I was rude to, hung up on me when I inquired about an order from weeks ago very unprofessional after the 1000 dollars in orders I get come in I'll be buying elsewhere pretty lame

Product itself is ok but takes weeks to be delivered from the US. Purchased for a birthday present but at point of ordering it dosen't explain the 5 weeks you have to wait for delivery. Plenty of other UK companies selling silk pillowcases that you will get in time for a special occasion.

I haven't received my pillowcase yet, but I want to caution everyone to carefully review your order when Blissy confirms it. I ordered one standard pillowcase, but when my order was confirmed, it had been changed to 4 cases, and I was charged accordingly. I called them about it, and they corrected the error and credited my card. When I received my email confirmation showing how much had been credited, I discovered that they had changed my order to one queen pillowcase and charged me for that. I don't know if these "upcharges" were legitimate mistakes, but I do caution you to check your order.

(UK) I agree with other reviewers that it was not clear that this was coming from the US when ordering, delivery time overall was around 3 weeks (around 2 weeks to despatch), not as bad as others but not as expected. Product seems fine but I wouldn’t order again based on this and other’s experiences.

I ordered a pillowcase and sleep mask from the Blissy UK site. Standard delivery was included but no estimate. These were a present for my wife's birthday from our kids and as ordering 7 days in advance, was sure that it would be fine. What I didn't realise, and was never told, was the items were to be dispatched from California. So standard delivery is more like 14 days. I messaged customer service about this and although the reply was quick it was dismissive and clear they had no interest. The birthday was missed (by 4 days). One of the boxes was also damaged which must have happened before dispatch as they were in a larger sturdy box. So they had an opportunity to replace it. I would not recommend this company
