This pillowcase stains the first time you wash (and you don't even know what the stain is) it and they don't come out.

Never respond to help/emails when questions using YOUR communication system. Your email harassment out of control, Numerous times since my first order.

The last time I purchased several items from blissy I had problems with my order. The lady that was handling the service department was so rude and nasty that I told her I would never be doing business with blissy again, no matter how good your product is.

I had laundered the pillow case as instructed three times and the zipper parted from the case. I reached out to your company and sent a picture. They decided it was my fault . I’m not sure why,so therefore , I or my friends will not order from your company again.

Well, I have four sets of sheets for one bed and more for others and I was going to buy more pillowcases, but they would not make good on the one that came apart so I have switched brands and those brands are soft and do not fall apart. So they lost a good customer.

I have bought the Bliss pillowcase twice and both times it did not hold up. In less than a year the seams had ripped and I had to toss them in the garbage. I would never buy them again.

My first order for regular size pillow cases was excellent my second order the cases were much smaller almost couldn’t get the pillows in my third order and last was even worse. I sent a picture to the company showing all three orders/cases and the smaller and smaller sizes. Their response was simply the sizes of the cases is … not acknowledging the massive difference. I have since been ordering from another company. I will not order from them again since they did nothing to resolve the issues

I take care of my 95 years Mom. I purchased one pillow case for her and myself. Hers has sorta survived but zipper in mine came apart. Since I wash and change her sheets I don’t understand why mine broke
