The product is great and easy to order on line. The delivery was no hassle and within a reasonable amount of time. I love the pillow cases and will order more when needed.

I like the material of the pillow case and eyemask. The eyemask blocks the light and no pressure on your eyes.

Most experiences I’ve had with blissy have positive. On one occasion I had an issue with a mask I had ordered which wasn’t received in the order. This has now been rectified however it did take a longer than expected time to be received

The ONLY reason I’m giving a 4 star is because of the way the cases hold up - they don’t do so very well. I’ve now had two where the silk has holes in it - and, not because of mishandling. Two of my three kids use them and will only use Blissy. I’ve had many over the years and that is honestly my only “complaint.”
