BlissyReviews of blissy.com

My order promised a 2 pack mesh wash/ laundry bag, that they scratched off my order and subbed with a tiny (10 ml) bottle of pillow mist I have no use for and did not want. I chose the package I got because it promised the laundry bags. This is now an update *After posting this review Blissy contacted me and apologized and sent me the laundry bags. so on a positive note they make things right if you make noise.

They advertise that their pillowcases are guaranteed for a lifetime, however I have bought 3 and all of them have frayed despite me putting them in a netbag on a 30% wash!!!

at first the pillowcase was great. got it as a gift and was surprised someone would spend that much on a pillowcase. but it was very nice to sleep on. fast forward to a year later. my pillowcase is fraying and falling apart. I hand wash it and hang it to dry. I tried to be gentle with it but it is not lasting. Im so disappointed . I won't buy these for myself or anyone now that i know it can fall apart even with gentle care. I looked up the return policy and it is only is six months and so I have to throw it away. $50 is a lot for a pillowcase to only last a short time. I enjoyed it immensely while it was new. Wish I could have had it longer.

Ordered white recieved champagne. Though the boxes state white. Not happy ay this price. This is my second purchase of pillowcases. They are lovely and definitely a lot better quality than the Amazon ones. But I wanted white. Can't be arsed with returning them as had to wait 3 wks for delivery. Won't purchase again. I have contacted blissy and sent tge a photo. Waiting to hear back

I bought 2 of these pillowcases. Both have ripped along the zipper seam. I wash them in cold water in a bag for lingerie and hang to dry. Took special care of them and they both ripped. Not pleased.

Unfortunately, I paid $59 for a white satin pillowcase with a zipper. I liked sleeping on it. Went to wash it, became a wrinkled mess. After paying so much, I used it and the wrinkles softened up. I do enjoy the feel and I don't sweat like I usually do on regular fabric. My only gripe is the price. Therefore, giving it 3 stars.

I ordered from Blissy on 15 Dec, got confirmation of the order then a second notification of the prep for shipment then nothing. On Dec 27th and 28th I tried calling to get a status because the web site still had prep for shipping not shipped in 13 days. On the 28th the order was in the mailbox. Yes, status updates via email or the web are nonexistent. Yes, customer service never answered the phone. But in 2021 I ordered late; I knew the risks in that. However, for a $183.00 dollar order they could do better in keeping me informed. Have your expectations set now; Blissy simply sucks at status communications. This is likely why so many say customer service is poor, they just don't know. But product did arrive in a reasonable amount of time and is of high quality.

Update! As at 15/12/21 - after getting nowhere with customer services and feeling certain my order wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas, I can confirm delivery was made today! Also, no customs VAT to pay, which was a bonus. So, from order to delivery was 14 days - not bad really when coming from the states. I still maintain Blissy's customer service is terrible but I had to reconsider the one star status and change it to three to allow for a more reasonable order to delivery time. I wish I'd read these bad reviews before I ordered with Blissy. Put my order in for a Christmas present on 1 December. By 8 December, after pestering them, they told me my order had been dispatched. When I checked the tracking system, it was where it was 4 days ago and hasn't left the states. They told me my order would take 15 - 20 days, which takes us until after Christmas, but I fear I may never get my order after reading these reviews. I have said I want a refund and of course they have ignored me. I said I wanted a manager to contact me, again ignored. All I've received is a generic email to say nothing can be done as the package is in transit!! Awful customer service from the get go and these are expensive items. I wish hadn't been misled by the hype for Blissy, I really do. I fear I may never see the goods or my money again....terrible customer service
