I must have 15 blissy pillowcases. Only half are useable because the zipper came off most of them. I called the company several times and I guess they thought I was kidding. I’ll never buy another one. I wash them in a mesh bag.

This company BLISSY keeps misleading advertising the silk pillowslip at 55%off regular price. There is no price reduction... this is the price!!!! I have bought them in the past and they are not worth anything... .other brands stand up to reasonable wear and tear 99% better than Blissy .actual purchase date was approx three yrs ago

My pillow case fell apart after washing it a few times the zipper came apart from the fabric. So disappointed

The customer service was terrible. I called trying to resolve an issue and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I gave up and now purchase from SLIP.

I love the silk pillow cases and eye masks. However, the pillow cases rip easily at the zipper. Not worth the money.

I’ve had 3 blissy pillowcases. Each one tears and rips after a few months. The cheap Amazon cases have held up for years. And I didn’t have to baby them when washing- put them in lingerie bags, delicate cycles, air dry. I even sent them as gifts- how embarrassing!!

The customer service for Blissy is virtually non existent. If your order is compromised I wish you good luck. After a number of order, and Blissy screw ups I moved on to competitive company, and have experienced no problems since making the change. I also think it disgusting you email me and beg for good review with your please please please and we love you. Grow up, pull up your panties and start running your company properly. Maybe then your reviews won’t ontinue to be negative, and then maybe you can stop begging for good reviews.

Their tactics are not good. Prices are not as advertised once you place the order. I know bad reviews have been sent by others and they only show the 5 stars.
