I bought 4 blissy pillow slips, 3 as presents for Christmas 2022, and 1 for myself. I started using it in January 2023. It did stay cool, but I didn't note any improvement to hair or skin. After using the product for a year and a half ( half of that time, as I alternated with a different one when changing bed linen) the material came away from the zip on both sides, even though I followed the care label instructions. When I notified blissy, they said that the time had passed for an exchange. I think that for the high cost of the product, it should be better quality, so I'm very dissatisfied.

I will not be ordering their products again. Does not stand the test of time even though I used the utmost care. The case never saw the dryer. The silk is separating near the zipper which seems to be a recurring problem. I bought another silk pillowcase at a fraction of the cost and that one is holding up great same care. They did replace it after my complaints - with a scolding that I must’ve mistreated it. Never again

After trying a cheaper silk pillowcase I decided to treat myself and give my old pillowcase to my partner. Now less than two years later the Blissy pillowcase has torn badly around the zip area while the cheaper brand is still going strong. I am very disappointed.

I have had three pillowcases and every one has ripped along the zipper within 6 months. I do love them for the short time they last but for the cost I’ll be looking for a different brand of silk pillowcase

I am in agreement with other reviews on Blissy. They are lovely to sleep on and save your skin and hairstyle well. After hand washing and hanging them to dry each week, suddenly they shred at the zipper line. I am just now “replacing” the zipper and losing an inch on the length of the pillowcase for the third time on one and second time on the second case. I will be going to another company for my next purchase of a silk pillowcase.

Here's the problem; I've ordered 9 of these pillowcases (gave 7 of them as gifts). Hands down wonderful to sleep on and everyone adores them. Except. They ALL fall apart at the zipper in about a year. Every single one of them. There would be a quite simple solution - make them into a European envelope closure. Apparently the child sized cases have that. The zipper is a stress point. I have another silk pillowcase by another company with the proper enclosure and it still looks like new. I would buy Blissy if they changed the enclosure. They are simply too expensive to be so poorly designed. A zipper enclosure is too much stress on the fabric. I question if perhaps this is "planned obsolescence?" If so, it also makes me disinclined to do business with the company.

At first, the pillowcase was cooler and nicer to sleep on than cotton. Over time, this effect faded. The fablic is delicate. Within a year, I threw out one because the zipper tore away from the fabric. I ordered a replacement. Today, the other original pillowcase tore along the zipper. I threw it out and returned to a cotton pillowcase. These are expensive products and not worth the price. The company markets itself as a high-end product but the quality does not live up to the claims. If you can afford to replace these pillowcases every year, them you are fortunate, but I will not buy Blissy again. Keeping cool when I sleep is my #1 reason for buying Blissy in the first place. I failed to consider the construction quality and durability of the product. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a high quality, durable product because good sleep is vital for health. If Blissy had make a durable product, I may still be a fan, but they have now lost me as a customer for failing to be honest and transparent with their advertising.

I ordered junior standard size pillows... i received toddler pillows which are basically useless... I ordered juniour bc i didnt want the zippers... Blissy will only refund me if I return the product... i guess this is fair, but in today's customer service world this is unusual - they made the mistake, I shouldn't have to spend hours (literally) dealing with returning them... on top of that the product I ordered is now out of stock... they suggest i purchase the adult size with the zipper... this is what I was avoiding in the first place, PLUS they are more expensive... I asked if they would do it for the junior pricing and they refused... on top of these annoyances, these were Christmas gifts that I now cannot give. I tried in a very long multiple email exchange to reach a compromise where somehow they could make it right but they have absolutely no interest in making up for a mistake that was entirely theirs. I am pretty shocked by their complacency given the error was entirely theirs. for $10US they could have had me purchasing the adult cases with zippers just so i'd have them for christmas but they were not willing. Seems ludicrous to me. I am sad... I was looking forward to using these and have enjoyed my other blissy products... will not be purchasing from them again. I worked retail for a long time... I know they could have made it right if they wanted to.
