Fall apart even after great care. I take amazing care of my blissy pillowcase, washing it on handwash, in a lingerie bag, on low in cold water with nothing else in the washer and then hang dry, yet there is tearing by the zipper. This happened with my last one and I thought it was a fluke. These are too expensive to fall apart after taking such great care.

purchased a blissy through a friend who recommended them: lasted about one month before the zip ripped all along the silk at the side. not good for the price!

I ordered one - they sent 4. Asked customer service for return postage and was told they didn’t issue that so I spend $35 returning them - I hope they credit my card soon as I need it with the government shut down. When I first called about this the woman hung up on me.

I am in Canada. I purchased several items, some duplicated by mistake. I contacted the customer service department and was told there would be no problem returning the items, to CALIFORNIA (!!) With the current tariffs along with the usual duties, shipping and taxes it would cost almost what the merchandise costs. When recontacted, they then said they don't accept returns from other countries !! Buyer beware with this company, absolute crooks.

Double charged when placing a youth pillowcase order. I noticed right away. Been waiting on my refund. I wish I was able to get nice customer service agents. They have been non helpful and rude. Quite the racket! Place a 2nd item on my order and not send my refund. I know it is only 55.76, but it is my 55.76. I do love the pillowcase, however their service has me not liking this experience at all!!!

The pillow case didn't last more than a year, not very durable. The fabric frayed where it was sewn to the zipper. I loved it until it started to come apart. I didn't order a replacement as I am not wanting to pay that much for an item that doesn't last.

I loved the print on this Blissy Silk pillowcase, so I bought it! BUT unfortunately totally did NOT live up to quality, (I have multiple other Mulberry silk pillowcases) and the Blissy one ripped along the zipper end to end, silk did not hold up!

I bought 4 pillow cases and really loved them, washed them per their instructions and within 6 months most of them had shreds along zippers area called them and they said I could buy more and they would give a can’t exactly remember but it was under a 30% discount. I would not recommend
