I hated this pillowcase. The fabric doesn't breathe and makes your face and neck sweat. I threw them out. The case is cut too small for standard pillow.

The last SINGLE pillowcase I ordered cost me over $75. The promotion at the time was buy one get one. I got shafted and when I complained about it your customer service was awful. I have since found a replacement for much less money and still a great product. $75 for one pillowcase- give it up! I don’t remember exactly when it was because I decided to erase the entire experience from my life - I don’t need to be frustrated

After only a few washes my pillowcase started to come apart at the zipper seam, I certainly expected a lot better for the price

I bought 2 queen size cases for me and my husband and another for a friend, All three shredded around the zipper. We threw them out. They were very poorly made. Wow, such a disappointment because they were heaven to sleep on.

The price is absolutely outrageous for pillowcases that turn to RAGS after very few washes per instruction! Cold water, delicate cycle, did not use fabric softener, hung to dry. Your competitor is selling Mulberry silk in an array of choices, with zippers, and they wash and wash and wash BEAUTIFULLY! Their price? A mere few dollars for TWO Mulberry silk pillowcases , which have lasted and lasted, wash after wash! I will never purchase another $69 plus tax pillow case from Blissy! The quality is awful, their longevity is awful, and the price is highway robbery! Shame on you, Blissy! (Purchase date is a GUESS!)

The company just creates tracking labels and makes it look like they shipped the product but they really don't ship anything. There has been no change in the tracking for over 3 weeks now and customer service is just sending canned replies. DO NOT BUY THE HYPE OF THIS STUPID COMPANY. Starting a case with PayPal for a full refund !!!! Update: After starting case with PayPal for full refund, the company responded to PayPal that they are checking. Now, the old tracking has also been removed and no further response has been received. What a mess of a company!!!

I would NEVER order again from Blissy!! Has all the appearance of a scam! I want to return a sleeping mask and they could not have made it more confusing and difficult!! When I talked with customer service they were rude, disrespectful and hung up one me! The return instructions I received were erroneous and I wasted so much time and energy attempting to follow those instructions. Had I been proactive and read the reviews before I got burnt by this company, I would NOT have placed an order! I would rejoice in the news that Blissy got their comeuppance and had to close their doors!
