The only reason I gave Blissy 1 star is because I could not give zero. I placed an online order Black Friday. Unbeknownst to me, the order was shipped USPS with signature required. During postal delivery times, there is nobody at home because I work. I cannot pick up the package at the post office because I work during their open hours. I cannot reschedule redelivery on the USPS website because a signature is required. I called the Blissy customer support number. I was left with a “that’s your problem” attitude. Blissy’s solution was just let the package return and you will eventually get a refund! You’re kidding me! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift! The USPS delivery process was not spelled out in the shipping options. Blissy does’nt give a Sh2! About their customers! I regret having ever placed this order. God help you if anything goes wrong! Blissy certainly won’t help!

It doesn’t make sense to ask for a review on a product that has not been delivered. Product was ordered 11/07/2025 on priority mail but until now it hasn’t been delivered.

The pillowcases are very poorly made, way overpriced, and a total rip off. When I washed them, I turned them inside out, put them in a laundry bag, washed with gentle detergent in cold water, and hang dry. After only a few washes, the material ripped near the zipper area (not where the zipper is sewn, but the pillowcase material itself). I’m always extra careful when putting on and taking off the pillowcases, too. I’ll bend the pillows and make sure not to tug on the pillowcases. I bought several pillowcases at the same time and they all did the same thing. Customer service was awful and unhelpful. The only time they would respond was to get me to write a good review. Buyer beware!

Poor customer service. Zipper broke, no solution and no help. Threw out a pillow case that costed me over 100$ US and I’m in Canada. Not impressed.

I never received my order that I was charged for. It was delivered somewhere but not to me.

The case was great for awhile, but then it began to tear and develop holes. I have bought other silk cases from other vendors and have not had this problem.

Bought a silk pillow case under the impression that it is a cool pillow case. It is not, it traps heat like crazy. Very slippery and uncomfortable. I have reached out to their customer service in hopes of some help. Definitely avoid if you're looking for a cooling pillow case.
