What crooks. I ordered two expensive pillowcases and both have fallen to pieces after washing as the guidelines stipulate when I emailed them they finally came back to me after chasing to say that I was outside of my 60 day period. So its okay to have two pillowcases that fall apart and aren't fit for purpose. It seems they massage their reviews DO NOT BUY

This company is horrible. Do not buy from them. Their website pay site charged my credit card for 3 times as much as I thought it was going to be. A pop up came on that said my card was expiring soon, I should use a different card. I cancelled the order at that point. The order never went through but they charged me once, then cancelled it and then charged me again 3 times as much. I called and deactivated my credit card right away as they did not answer my call when I tried to call them. A message came on to leave my name and number but they never called back. Terrible company to do business with. Customers beware!!!

Damaged box arrived and pillow case was clicked and dirty. Insufficient postage paid by them and Customs charge of £14.80 which they refused to advise me of and refused to reimburse me for. making the already expensive pillow cases even more expensive. Don’t waste your money they aren’t good quality. The packaging is the best bit.!

Customer service is terrible, they make it impossible to return goods and receive refund as the address they supply for returns is a PO Box ! All parcel companies will not deliver to a PO Box as they need to track and gain a signature on delivery of said package !!

Customer service is awful. It is 4:15 pm and I am put on hold and then after holding told to leave a message. They do not close until 5:00 pm. They should be able to take my call and not require me to leave a message.

I have not even received my purchases yet but this company has already made me furious! They sent me an invoice with an amount on it but it is quite a bit less than the amount debited from my account! I believe this is some sort of bank fraud!!

Ordered these p cases in white because I clorox all my white clothes. They arrived beautifully packaged and since we are going through this Corona-19 virus I DID clorox them. Well, that was a huge mistake. First of all, they are too expensive--I paid $139.00 for two pillowcases. Was not real happy with that but I decided to use them. Made no difference in my quality of sleep, coolness of fabric and general use. I am not returning them because I did wash them with clorox and they turned yellow (my fault) but they are not worth $65 each and I would never dry clean my pillowcases---give me a break. Will throw in the "rag" pile and chalk this up to a lesson. READ the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER THESE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.
