Like all the other complaints, there is no customer service. Nothing but a recording, and I don't expect a call back. This company is a scam. I can't imagine it is going to last. The product is awful and the company is worse. I never get scammed. I did this time.

I placed an order for a pillowcase that was discounted to £35, they debited £136 from my visa, I was issued no order number and whatever it is still hasn’t arrived. I placed the order on 4/7/2020. I contacted support and they have been useless, they haven’t provided proof of the order or what I have been charged £136 for. This is clearly a scam to obtain credit card details and then charge whatever they want. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve contacted this company concerning an unauthorized purchase. There was no answer on the phone number provided and I did not get a reply to my email. On top of that they immediately listed the item as “shipped” with no corresponding tracking number. I had to get the credit card company involved because PayPal wasn’t doing their job. I messaged the company within 30 min of this purchase after getting a notification from PayPal. Note that I simply browsed the site and added items to the cart to price check and compare. I then left the page open on the browser app and closed the app. I never signed up for PayPal’s one click service so there should never have been any purchase. I now get a message to review a purchase I did not authorize for an item I never received that was never shipped but I can’t get a reply from the company concerning the fraudulent activity. I initially assumed it was an outside issue maybe a mistake on PayPals end a bug or error, or my phone was hacked (which is not as likely) but considering the lack of correspondence I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Even if you decide to try them be very careful about placing things in a cart. If mistakes are made that is understandable but considering the overall silence of this company even if they had no part in what happened, they did not make any effort in correct the issue.

Terrible service still not received goods ordered on 31/5/2020 on contacting their replying goods are being held at local depot on purchase it says free delivery ask for refund for the 170 pounds I paid for as I have not received delivery it’s either the same answer or do you want to return how can I return something I have not received delivery of

HORRIBLE! Wish I would have read the reviews prior. Had the same problem as another customer, my items STILL haven't shipped two weeks later yet my card was billed. When I called customer service, I too was hung up on twice.Once by the agent and once by a manager (though I now doubt it really was a manager). They would interrupt me anytime I would start talking. I am disgusted!

Very bad they were offering 4 for $64 and they scammed my credit card for $256 they are a bunch of crooks unable to cancel order
