I really wanted to believe the Bots who say how good this is for your hair and skin. Hrrm, No change so far, still wake up like a mess and my skin is not glowing so much my partner thinks I am the sun. Dispatch, it said next day, three days later. t looks nice, I have the eggshell blue one but no difference from the satin one I replaced it with except the price. I will give it a month to see if I have become the L'oreal woman and have the skin of Cleopatra. Update. Well after a few weeks there is no claim to shiny hair or radiant complexion. It goes with the bedding but will I buy another one. I dont think so.

I was taken in by the advertisements and marketing jargon and bought one. Please, please, do not do what I did, it is a scam. This pillowcase is a very expensive piece of rubbish. Please stick to a very nice pristine, starched cotton one which is just as good, if not better than this silk rubbish. I am so annoyed with myself that I fell for this marketing blurb, DO NOT DO IT. I am ashamed that I fell for it.

Completely Overrated. I was expecting great things, the advertising is misleading and does not live up to its promise, definitely not worth the money.

Well I have no one except myself to blame BUT be honest wherever does 1 pillowcase cost $104.00????? So I got it and ---I'm still miffed - at my self!!! I"m not usually that stupid. SO just beware---it may be a lovely pillowcase but NOT worth that much---go out & buy some satin & make one!!!!

Just purchased 4 Blissy Pillowcases in white. The pillow cases arrived but are not white.... I contacted Customer Services to say that they had sent me the wrong colour as they were a cream.... I also later uploaded pictures with my existing white silk pillowcases to show them the huge difference in colour. Isabella from Customer Support informed me that their white is more an egg shell colour. This should be mentioned on the website...I was told that I could return them, but at my own expense as they do not provide return labels on International orders...I was also charged £15.05 for Custom Clearance fees, which is not highlighted on their website...Very disappointed with this purchase as it is 'not as described' I ordered white and got cream......Also the response received from Customer Support was dismissive...!!!!!

I bought 4 pillow cases for gifts keeping one for myself. I didn't like the feel of it for myself and decided not to give as gifts and to return mine after tying it for a few weeks. Blissy agreed to take back the unopened 3 but said, " We apologize for the inconvenience, we do not take back used products." They say all over their website that if you don't like it they give you 100% of your money back. I am sort of shocked by what customer care wrote to me in an email.

Order process is misleading creating a situation where customer thinks he us getting a special offer on 4 cases when in fact the price us for 1 and they multiply by 4 at checkout. Will not respond to requests for cancellation and have taken money. Worst service ever, in fact I'd say it was a SCAM

This is a scam company. I ordered 3 pillowcases over a month ago and have contacted them on numerous occasions and they’ve sent me tracking details which when you go onto the DHL website don’t exist. I’m sick to death of the whole sorry process and have requested an immediate refund but I don’t hold out much hope.
