This company is a scam. When you call the number on the website they say they’re “locating an agent” and then it goes to voicemail after 10 minutes of being on hold. You submit a questions through their chat and they never get back to you, and they delete the comments of customers wondering where their orders are on Instagram. Finally got through to someone on the phone and she says “their Instagram is to only post content not to respond to customer service questions”. She didn’t seem to care about my order issues either, did absolutely nothing to ensure something was going to be done about my missing order except said “well this was just purchased last week”.. well I wouldn’t have called if I didn’t receive an email stating it was being shipped out and a tracking number that hasn’t been updated in 5 days, several other people said the same with their orders on their Instagram page but their comments were deleted a well. BUYER BEWARE!!

This company deserves 0 stars! I ordered a face mask and a sleep mask. When I didn't receive order status updates, I contacted the company several times and I received no response. I disputed the transaction and suddenly they said my order was on its way. 1.5 weeks later, I received only the face mask which is horrible quality. I emailed them snd I asked them to not send the sleep mask (I will be returning the face mask). I understand that everyone is affected by Covid-19 slowdowns but I should have at least received an automated text / email confirming my order had been received as well as responses to my questions. Avoid Blissy at all costs!

You will be sorry if you purchase from Blissy, especially if you have an issue (which you will) with the product! If I could have scored them no stars, I would have. I had a Blissy pillowcase for 4 months, it ripped in several places along the zipper seam. After calling 13 times and leaving 5 voice messages, I resorted to email and requested a return phone call. Breana A. finally called days later. She was completely useless and beyond rude! Would not let me finish my sentences to understand the concern, then HUNG UP ON ME!!! I emailed customer service again with detailed information and even included several photos. They always had to get back with me and each time a different agent would step in, and I’d have to explain the entire situation again and again. I felt like a mouse on a wheel! Finally, I requested customer service to call me again. Guess who called? Yep, Breana A.! She made ridiculous accusations, kept cutting me off, then said she couldn’t find the name in the computer and she wouldn’t replace the torn/defective. Deservingly, I let her know what I thought about her and hung up on her this time! Moral of the story, Don’t waste you hard earn money on garbage that will fall apart in a few months. THEY ARE NOT DURABLE! Buy a Slip Pure Silk and save yourself the frustration...I did, and love my Slip pillowcases!!!

Had to pay a customs charge, from your uk website for delivery from America.....not impressed !,, so underhand. Where is that shown clearly on this website. Increase of price by £11

Really be careful with this company. I placed a order & spent a lot of money. I followed the tracking & it got lost after arrival in UK. I contacted blissy on numerous occasions and each time get a different reason as to what happened to it. All different to what the delivery company stated. Eventually turned up , after a lot of hassle. Despite the horrendous effort to get them & appalling customer service I was still looking forward to trying them. Poor quality for the price. (Market stall !) Skin got hot & wet within 10 mins of lying on it. Dissatisfaction all round

Never mind the alleged nighttime benefits, I was charged £14.38 Custom Clearance fees for my order, despite Blissy.com's invoice stating shipping was free! My friend Jenny says Blissy.com are trying to pull the pillowcase over my eyes -- i could not possibly comment. Ugh.
