Hey Blissy! Can't comment on your product because my 2 orders were ordered to be direct shipped to others. Disappointed orders never arrived. You had an attractive, desirable merchandise line & promise, but couldn't deliver. Please return money or make good on your promise & deliver.

Blissy is a total scam. No product ever arrives. They take your money and that’s it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE!! Update: Product finally arrived but it was the wrong item and they refused to cover return shipping. Still waiting for any refund!

It's a scam, please don't order. Tell family and friends. Ordered 5 pillowcases which stated free delivery and a week later still not received but then received an email saying I need to pay import taxes and shipping fees...if known I wouldn't have ordered. It also stated that if I didn't pay the fee within 14 days that my order would be sent back to sender or put to destruction...I then looked up the company and telephone number that was asking for these fees...it came back AS A SCAM. Feel sick and robbed... PLEASE PLEASE don't do. Horrible people, don't know how they live with themselves. If you look up the shipping company telephone number...it comes up VERY DANGEROUS !!! Asked for a refund from BLISSY, the reply I got was shocking from someone called BREANA A who said they couldn't give me a refund and for me to have a good day. Sure they will have a good day with my £170 for 5 pillowcases that I did not receive. Good job I've got a good bank who seen them as a scam and now I've got my money back but unfortunately NOT OFF BLISSY...Robb Dog companies BLISSY and the Overseas customer clearance company, they not worth a peep.

Buyers please beware. You will be lucky if you receive anything. I ordered over £70 of goods on 8 Sept & have still not received them. Blissy sent a DHL tracking number saying it had been delivered but it wasn't my address! They refuse to give me a refund. Instead it looks like they're sending another from the US even though I've asked for the order to be cancelled (present for birthday way back in September!!!). Their customer service is just appalling. I've wasted hours sending emails only to be told the same (incorrect) information. Never buying anything from Blissy again. Please warn your family & friends. 31/10 update - still no refund. Dispute raised with PayPal resolution team - awaiting outcome.

Have not received the product yet but have just had an email demanding payment of import tax. Do not order from the UK as the site does not make it clear that this invoice will be coming - free delivery??? I think not. False advertising more like.

I was super excited about this product, not only the quality seemed to be good, but the branding is amazing, but that when the beauty of the entire experience ends - just look at it, and buy it somewhere where you actually receive your package!!! Not only did Blissy send the package to the wrong address, which I'm still amazed by (how can you copy-paste the address incorrectly?!), but the customer support is horrible and I wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to find my parcel, which as it turned out was sent back to Blissy, as the address that they provided was incorrect. You may think that that's the end, that they would issue a refund and the case will be closed, but no, not only they didn't, they're not responding, so at this point, the only thing left for me in order to get my money back is going with the chargeback procedure. Avoid at all costs, it's a scam!

Ridiculous! Don’t order this. Accidentally hit the button and bam I was charged $179 dollars. Unable to talk to a human to get the order canceled. Crappy website and no way to contact them. Cancel my order!
