Awful customer service. Putting ma’am in a sentence does not make it polite! Products overpriced. Adverts very misleading, I still wake up with bed hair, my skin hasn’t improved and my sleep isn’t any better. Don’t waste your money.

Blissy dont tell you that your goods will be held ransom by Customs Clearance Limited, the authorised clearance agent of DHL Global Mail US in the UK. I had to pay another £15.07to get them released. Not such a bargain eh?

I recently ordered 4 pillowcases and was charged £136. Today, I had an email from UK customs stating that I must pay import duty amounting to a further £14. No mention of this when ordering, so beware!!

PLEASE do not buy from this company, read the reviews, I wish I had. They charge you money for shipping to the UK despite claiming free shipping charges for a pair of overpriced pillow cases that broke within a few weeks. Customer service rude, unresponsive and now they have my money there is no come back. I have already reported for false advertising but please do not buy it is anything but a good experience.

If I could rate this lower than Zero I would. Please AVOID. Complete scam. If you live in the UK you will be charged a custom fee which on top of very expensive pillowcases is insulting. Of course they don’t advertise this as their adverts are deliberately misleading and offer free postage. However, their helpful customer service says oh we don’t set the custom charges. Huh? How come other international companies manage to do free posting whilst taking account of custom charges? Please avoid it is not a nice experience dealing with them it is anything but Bliss.

I saw an advertisement for the pillow cases and thought they'd be nice gifts for Christmas.. They had 4 pillow cases for originally $199 (which is CRAZY for pillow cases), marked down to $49 - I figured $50 was ok to try for 4 since these were apparently the best pillow cases ever - I used my PayPal account and before I could even review my purchase, I received a PayPal notification & was charged $199! I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal, which they also immediately denied because they didn't find it to be an "unauthorized" Purchase. I called ALL day the following day to Blissy and FINALLY someone answered. I told them that I need my order to be cancelled ASAP and she asked my name. I told her and she said, "it's been cancelled". When I requested an email, she said one had already been sent and then said "I see you've disputed this with PayPal and there's nothing we can do for you" And hung up!! I've gotten no where with either company and out $200 right before Christmas. This company needs to go DOWN!

This is my first & LAST experience with Blissy!! They are in business to scam the consumer! After ordering online, I thought I was being charged $45 & then at the end of the process, I was charged $179. Of course I wanted to cancel the order ASAP but that did t work either. I tried their email support contact but it’s bogus! I called their phone number multiple times with no person answering & told to leave a message which of course I did with no call back. I’m so upset that there r people like this getting by with scamming consumers. Would they like being scammed?? Why can’t the state of California do something??? This is a travesty!! I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. I also have legal contacts in high places that I’ll seek for legal counsel. Also have my charge card company investigating this SCAM. They seem very interested. Wish I would have checked this business out before ordering! Hope others will!! Thank you Trustpilot!

Feeling scammed- After much thought, order one pillow case, after going through order p rocedure, pressed pay now for one and got confirmation of order for 4 x pillowcases.? Phone number unobtainable and email returned unknown:::::::very upset, very pissed off::::don’t order from this company
