Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While we are thrilled that you like our products and fast delivery, we apologize that the order updates you received did not meet your expectations. Our CRM offers Live Tracking notifications which sends an automated notification with every shipping carrier scan, we understand how this can be overwhelming and confusing. Based on your feedback, we have made adjustments so that the Live Tracking feature is turned off. Our clients moving forward will only receive our custom emails, which clearly identify the sender as BlinkSwag and contain the tracking number for self-service tracking.
