Thank you for your feedback. We offer size charts for each item on your uniform store, so that the correct size can be ordered; as these are personalized items, they are non-exchangeable. The jacket is on backorder and will be fulfilled as soon as possible when it is in stock; your corporate contacts are aware of the backorder.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review and apologize that the service you experienced did not meet your expectations. We received your proof approval on 6/2 and proceeded with production, providing the expected arrival date at that time. Additionally, our website does not currently support the addition of grommets but we will look into having them added as an option for purchase. If you can please reach out to our team at [email protected] with photos of the print issue and damaged corners, we would be happy to replace them (and include the grommets).
