What a scam to get your information! These cameras are junk. I dont want a subscription nor will i ever store my camera footage on the cloud! Duh people it is not safe then. They can use your footage or see who or what is on your property. They detect motion well during the trial period, then once I payed they were junk. Plenty of motion I know went on in front of them yet I check the app they're still stuck on last nights thumbnail. It takes twice to refresh the thumbnail. They're very low quality, and btw without a subscription you get nothing after the trial except short live views, no saved clips.

I think the previous 500 Plus reviews say everything you need to know this is literally the worst ecosystem software customer service and technical cameras that’s available and it’s only because they’ve linked with Amazon that they sell what they sell. The app just is buggy and doesn’t work. You get logged out and you can’t log back in again even though your password is correct. The features on the cameras do not work the battery doorbells last three weeks when they’re supposed to last two years, you ring customer services and all you get is the most ridiculous troubleshooting steps and then they ship equipment from the US. It’s just dreadful. Do not buy them by Reolink instead.
