About a month ago I had a minor issue with my security camera and I had to call Blinks for help. They were not so helpful and I ended up fixing the issue myself. My argument is that I have just received my phone bill and I was charged £46.92 for the phone call I made that day which is absolutely disgusting. the duration of the call was 10 minutes. I have called Amazon and put in a complaint to ask Blink why they are charging a premium rate number and they will now look into this. I am warning others not to call their number, because of the charges. I honestly feel like I have been robbed.

I have had 2 cameras and the modular for a couple of years, Had no problem until I changed my phone. I called them and was sent a form to fill out. Gave them all the information they wanted. My cell number changed and my email. That was given. This was sent 2 times and I called in the info. You can’t talk to one but tech support. You can’t talk to the person that is doing the actual work. They have all the information and still asking for it repeatedly. I don’t recommend Blink cameras, because of technical support. I have talked to these people until I’m blue in the face. I would recommend Ring cameras.

This Company suck..I had to pay for installation, it worked less than 2 months. I paid $80. Now it stop working. I'm 73 and now i.must pay another price for new one be put up

These are the crappies home surveillance cameras. I have purchased separate systems, bought extenders they recommended Repeated troubleshooting, climbing up and down ladders every two months or so repeatedly replacing on the EXPENSIVE ENERGIZER LITHIUM BATTERRIES required or the cameras do not function properly. Then they have the nerves to want to charge a fee for the Records if you want the subscription. Should be free if you buy the system. Don't let the wind blow slightly it wears the battery down. Then they say don't place the camera where the wind blows. Then there's oh the cameras not working because it's near the router.. it's near the router it extends 4,000 sqft. Oh well the wall is blocking the camera, then comes go get the camera and bring it inside to troubleshoot? Talking about a pain in the Glutes. Not to mention they do not necessarily pick up movements.

My camaras stopped working . Customer service was no help just put them in the trash . You will be better off .

I have been dealing with blink "support", i can't even call it support for over a week. Finally i figured i would call and that was even a bigger nightmare!! Got lied to, led around and never had my issue resolved. So im going to handle this myself, im buying a new sync module and returning the bad in the new box! You don't want to help your customers, well we will do it ourselves, go purchase a different security camera company. Clearly the sync modules fail so you have to pay them to use their service!

This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They have had access to my 7 cameras after telling me to delete them and unsubscribe they now say I need that access. They never help. They are rude. They do not care how much business u have given them. It’s a lie and scam to say you never have to purchase anything extra. U do. A Amazon subscription is needed. The two don’t comply with one another. Do not waste your hard in earned money because it will be a waste. I wish I could show the months and days I’ve wasted trying to reactivate my cameras with no help from this company after they told me to delete I couldn’t reactivate. My business was without cameras for months. They don’t care. Good luck talking to customer service. And if u do they can’t help.

Do not buy any Blink products! Camera stopped recording after a month. Don't waste your money. Customer service is like dealing with a company run by eight year olds. I threw my camera in the trash.
