This has the be the worst camera i have ever had. Originally went with blink after an incident at my apartment caused me to get cameras & ring was charging too much & unavailable that day but now I am switching to them as blink gives me MONTHLY issues. the battery is constantly dying & when you replace it , it takes forever if ever .. to get the thing back working properly. Customer service is literally no help they’d rather fake help you by making you do everything than to actually provide service. I never know when or why the camera isn’t working until i realize I haven’t got notifications of movement on my phone in a while. Super complex to reset & has been doing this for the whole year & some change I have had it. Would never recommend this to anybody unless you just desperately need a camera like i did. OH ! & don’t waste your time attempting to reach out to blink because all they’re going to do is close your ticket claiming they solved in when in fact they did not (:

I think Condensation got into blink video door bell camera, the picture is all foggy. Got in touch with them to tell them my problem last night and they haven’t responded back. I was very happy with the door bell before this and I was thinking about getting more cameras. I will update this if blink get in touch and tell you what happened fingers crossed.

I tried to open an outdoor camera to replace the battery and the square gasket broke. Blink stated there is not a replacement for this so I am stuck using this camera indoors now. am sure this is not an isolated incident. This should be a standard replacement part in my opinion. Very frustrated with Blink.

I purchased a Blink video doorbell and it simply did not work! As we have a Eufy security system we simply gave up and bought a wireless doorbell instead! Do not give this company your hard earned cash it’s a waste of time and effort!!!!

2 of my blink camera screws won’t unscrew. Called customer support woman kept explaining how to unscrew a screw while pulling. For heavens sake I’m 58 & know how to unscrew a screw. It’s stuck while turning it won’t come off!!! This system is the worst! Cameras extremely difficult to mount on those little gadgets & now a problem trying to change the battery!

Misleading i thought with the module i could have free storage BUT now they want me to PAY for storage can't use my module with the thumb dr. I wasted my money!!!

Trash. worked for a day. Not worth the headache of a return. Customer Service is polite but it's a useless device.

Wow. I cant believe this is happening, so my blink cameras and doorbell get kicked offline earlier today. There brand new. And in order to get them back up and running I have to sign into an unsecure network device. I refused to do trying to connect like the first time. Guess what it's not happening, so it's late I'm tired I go ahead and do what they want. Guess what. Not only does it not work but it emailed me and notified me over the unsecure network that my password was wrong to my wifi. And it showed my password. Literally showed it. And it was right. My password was spot on. What do I do now. Im scared to go to sleep. I got this system bc I have some real life issues that are not pleasant. And now my security is down to some cameras that run inside only and are really just back ups if my cameras outside fail. This is unacceptable considering the situation I'm in. I mean now I'm gonna lay on my couch armed all night. Thanks for putting me and my family more at risk then we already are.
