Blink as a whole has been a horrible experience when I first purchased these devices they worked as intended. Gradually they started to fail, I decided to purchase a new model and it was even worse, live view fails all the time. Motion captures perfectly fine. They blame my router but I can walk the entirety of my house, perimiter of my house and get full bars on my devices. Blink is absolute junk and I advise you look elsewhere for a product.

The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. They truly do not care when you have a problem. I warn anyone thinking of buying Blink cameras to stay away. Garbage product and customer service.

Not helpful. Did not even show any intent to be helpful. Blink's customer service is arrogant and least bothered, as mentioned in other reviews.

I have to express my dissapointment with this product. We purchased two of these camera (two years ago), and ever since they introducted the subscription we've had issues with this camera. We've called technical support at least 15 times and the issue persits. When we call we're instructed to take the camera down, which is mounted high on the outside of our home. We take the batteries out, disconnect the camera from the ower source, uninstal & re-install the blink app, the batteries were just replace last week, even though the ones that were in it were brand new. Two days later the camera is offline AGAIN! We had to go through this procedure again on Sunday, the camera was back online and recording. This morning, we wake up to find that our car has been damaged, and guess what? We have no footage because once again the camera is offline. I call tech support and they're asking me to take the camera down again! It's ridiculous! I would not recommend this camera to anyone, it's a very expensive piece of garbage.

I have been trying to get help on two wired, blink floodlight cameras. I received an email from Support followed directions but so far get nowhere or get further correspondence. I purchased these to have some security for my home when not here. Since they are mounted high above my garage door, it will be an effort to take down and return them, I would prefer to get them working, but I don’t know how to do that.

Horrible customer service. They give you the run around, never resolve the problem. You’ll be contacted by several reps with weird names like Hail and all they do is give you the run around.

Bought 2 systems and we always just took pictures but now you can't just take pictures. I don't know what happened why I just can't take a photo. I don't need a video. So in my opinion Blink sucks. Don't buy it if you want to just take photos. I don't understand why it was changed.

New app upgrade sucks. Can’t review more than 1 clip without exiting the app and reopening it to see another clip. It wants to know what date this happened on, every day since update,
