I bought 8 blink cameras because everyone is always saying how good they are Well put them all up and there right great video s All that but I got to change the batteries in my cameras every 2 days I’m devistated I done spent all this money on my cameras has anyone price the batteries lately for 8 cameras 3 times a week I can’t do it

Does not work consistently. This is a total waste of your money.

The most horrific customer service I have ever experienced. Amazon you should be ashamed to be associated with them.. stay well away

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I have experienced with Blink. Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issues, your team has consistently ignored my requirements and offered unhelpful, scripted responses. Promises that a supervisor would call back have proven to be empty. Furthermore, I regret purchasing four sets of Blink cameras. The subscription service is highly expensive, and the cameras themselves have not proven to be reliable. This entire experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend Blink to others based on my experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service and product reliability and won't recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a 3 camera set and installed 2 cameras. After less than 1 season 1 of the cameras failed. I installed the 3rd camera in the same locatiob ant it failed as well. It seems that in both occasions water got into the unit and it seems to have shorted out tge camera. Customer service did would not offer a replacement, not even for one device. I would not recommend purchasing these if you plan to install the outside. The recordings when activated are useless as well. We had many occasions where tge camera went off and would fir example show a person at the camera but doesn't stay with this person until the move away from the camera. Therefore you have unfulfilled camera activations leaving you wondering if something was stolen or damaged or whatever. Do not waste your money. Buy a different product

Truly horrible. I can't say enough bad things to summarize how terrible Blink is. The cameras are a nightmare to try and connect it's borderline impossible, the battery life is trash and I don't know what they're smoking to claim 2 years, the motion detection is extremely unreliable at detecting people but not to worry it will detect every single car that drives by, which you can't stop at all because the custom motion zones do not work at all. Garbage. Get a real system.

Don’t buy it. The customer service is a joke. I would do as the customer service agent asked then would not hear from them after several hours.
