Absolutely useless tech and supposed tech support. You'll buy the kit, it will work fine but then a few months later (usually after you cant return it) it will stop working properly. You contact the copy/paste brigade at Blink and you jump through hundreds of hoops for them, then low and behold, months later they say oh it's your internet connection (it's not by the way, just google blink camera not recording, theres literally thousands of people asking the same thing) total waste of money, save your cash and get a proper system installed, so much easier!

I can’t see video clips from my security cameras last few months therefore it security hazard and waste of money. Only advice I got so far is restart your wi-fi.

purchased package from Amazon but the App wouldn't allow me to create an account. Tried in 3 different devices, uninstalled/reinstalled App, all to no avail. Trying to get support was a headache with sophomoric approaches that ultimately did not resolve the issue on the contrary, they insisted the issue was the result of non-existing issues on my end. Returned the product and never, never again, will I try their service.

Worst worst worst cameras ever !! I wish I consul get my money back ! Don’t trust Amazon reviews either ! I got robbed and they catches absolutely nothing ! My ring camera did ! They are a piece of trash 100 percent please ave your money

Careful what you buy . If you are serious about home security blink , blinks and can miss the action ( crime) it's not good that it can be triggered then taken advantage of ..... Not hard to nail down the cams cycle . All you need to know is the maximum video is and jump after 59 seconds . Nothing more than a kid security system . That's a true blue review 😀

We have 4 Blink outdoor cameras. The images are poor quality and the motion sensitivity for people is awful … only 20-25 feet max. Not good for home security IMO. There are better options out there.

I do not recommend buying these cameras with batteries. I bought one and the battery only worked for 3 months. I called because they supposedly last 3 years. They told me that I had to buy the batteries. I only used them for less than 3 months and the battery died. It's a theft. No. I recommend buying this brand of blink in cameras

It took 3 days of research in order to set up the system, at the end of which I was Very angry !! Firstly, I had major problems setting up the Blink app, which kept refusing my correct wifi password. In the end, I had to go into my router settings and Disable 5ghz band as Blink only works on2.4ghz. Secondly, the app kept refusing to link to the "sync module", without which the cameras cannot be loaded and operated. I tried many times to reset the sync module, but the app was having NONE of it. In the end, GET THIS, I had to - Unplug the module and wait. Whilst unplugged I held in the reset button for 10 seconds Keeping the reset button depressed, I plugged the module back in and held it in for 5+ more seconds, then released it. Suddenly the red light started blinking and went into set up mode. The rest of the set up was easy. This review , I hope, will help if you encounter the same problem, which apparently is common with Blink. It certainly will avoid you having to do days of research Blink help is useless !! In other words, I had all the kit but the app was not fit for purpose. Beware if you choose Blink. Better for you to pick different security cameras
