I had one of the old blink cameras that was subscription free and it worked ok, not great picture quality but passable seeing as there was no subscription. During the Amazon sale I bought two more outdoor cameras assuming they would be the same as the one I have. Well they were for a few days and then they didn’t work. Only useable with a subscription now on the newer models. I feel scammed. I threw the lot in the bin. I’m going to invest in a quality camera security system now that I won’t mind paying a subscription for.

Well, their sync module sucks. Let me tell you right now! I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The first one I bought I tore up because it’s been compromised because the back of it is somewhat exposed. To expose all the components. Any child can put something in there and tear the heck out of it. Well, I bought another one with that said I thought because I would buy a so USB for it so that my videos could be stored and I don’t have to pay the ridiculous three dollar fee every month so I can view my videos but wrong. I can’t even do that. This subscription of course, is going to be much easier than my USB and it’s not like you guys don’t make enough money off your products to wear. You can’t make it to where I can have access to my own videos? For free? After I paid, $100 just to buy the system and you’re going to milk me for another $36 a year? geez. Corporations are going to drain this country of every dime we have , and you’re going to milk me for another $36 a year? I live off disability. G thanks I would like to congratulate you guys on being another greedy corporation. 

We have had blink for two years and have had continuous connectivity issues and now it just won't connect at all. A worthless product. Do not get!

Bought 2 blink video doorbells. The camera itself is ok. But when you connect the video doorbell to the mount it is extremely poor quality and one good pull would pull the doorbell clean off. Very disapointed in the quality. Overall the working of the doorbell is good.

Cameras themselves are reasonable. Customers support is the most useless company I have ever had to deal with and to call it customer support is itself misleading as there is absolutely no support whatsoever. I now have four cameras which are in f no use to me, al due to the lack of support. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Terrible customer service, no help in all with account issues. Destroying my cameras I purchased and will go with another company. You suck!!

As all the other people. Have said what terrible service. Out of 6 cámaras are now not working. They actually tell you they are offline. Don’t expect more. Then they say they are unresponsive . Believe me that’s for ever new battery’s . No good. I can’t believe they can sell this rubbish no wonder Jeff bezos. Who owns Amazon is one the richest people. With the junk he sells. And the people he employs to run his charades. Lastly please don’t purchase. You will regret it ?

Horrible customer support. They don’t respond to a simple question, i asked to access my account coz I lost my password and they referred me to my husband’s account so I can access my cameras as they are registered to him. I complained for 2 weeks and it’s still not resolved and they respond only to emails with one email per 24h as a frequency.
