The indoor plug in is good in the garage and facing outside for the front porch. The outdoor battery cameras always go offline and need battery changes. Best Buy used to change the batteries, but now they switched to a new service agreement. Now I have to pay handyman to get on the ladder to change batteries all the time. Very inconvenient to say the least. I’m thinking outdoor wired with heavy duty extension cords may be a better option because it’s a real pain in the rear!

Bought 1 camera and 1 doorbell, both work fine without a subscription you can add a usb in the sync module to save the videos. both camera and doorbell came with a sync module. 1 of the sync modules is not working and costumer support doesn't help at all. just sending the same email again and again

Bought 2 just installed one to start with, rubbish live view kept freezing and dropping signal, returned them and got another 2 have just installed one again, just same total rubbish, live view freezes all the time. Wanted to do subscriptions but only do subscriptions through amazon account which i don't want to do, so left with live view that pixelates and freezes. Rubbish

Great little camera, however I didn't realise that I'd have to take out a monthly subscription for it to continue to save clips after the 1 month trial. Pretty useless to me now. I'll just leave it on the wall to make people think I've got a functioning camera. Might as well have bought a dummy one out of the Pound Shop. Amazon has stopped people leaving reviews for it. I wonder why!

2nd blink video doorbell 2nd time for it to no longer work or be accepted on my android. Always something when you attatch plan from Amazon. i give up

They're just ok. The notifications are way to slow and it takes too long to be able to access the live feed due to it buffering. If someone knocks at my door, they are usually back in their car and pulling away before I can access the live feed to communicate with them

OK, so I bought a cheap Blink Mini indoor camera. I pretty much got what I paid for I guess. The app is the only way to actually access the camera. You need a paid service plan to use some of the features. Support like a lot of stuff is mostly bad. Cannot access account through web browser. The forum is full more of other user complaining than solutions. Couple times service was down and you will never get a good response to outage. Yesterday 5/23 started a long period of no access to app or cameras. No information on restore time frame or what the problem was. That was last straw for myself. Going to go with a better service.

The cameras themselves are fine. The app used to be fine too, intuitive and easy to use. That is until Blink decided to 'update' it, clearly without seeking any customer input at all. Now it's so difficult to use, not intuitive, and requires multiple actions to carry out basic tasks which used to be completed in seconds. The scheduling also appears to have been adversely affected by the changes. It really ruins the experience and prevents me from recommending this system to anyone. I wouldn't buy Blink again.
