Have to continually shut off my phone, turn it back on, then the blink videos will play. I’ve done everything to fix this. Piece of garbage, Wish I bought a different vendor with products that work. Garbage.

Don't buy Blink Cameras , if you ever need support you are at the mercy of the devil.

Blink tech support is terrible! The agents are of zero help as they do not know the system and read from a computer of selected problems in VERY POOR ENGLISH. The system is faulty, and the sync module is prone to failure. Two sync modules have failed. The system (5 Cameras) has been down for a month. Try to reboot from scratch and password is no longer valid. Very frustrating!

These cameras are very unreliable. There are some many moments Not captured by the video. There are split second emptiness when I know there’s activity in front of the camera. Can’t wait to replace them with something better
