Cameras will not stay online, called blink 15 times or more and they told me to do the same thing every time, I got fed up and asked for a supervisor and they would not let me talk to one, do not invest in these cameras you will get ripped off

If I could leave 0 out of 10 stars I would. God forbid you need to change your phone number on your account because you will need to grab all your devices and get the serial numbers off of them. First foreigner that answered told me something so I did this and called back and the next foreigner said I needed something different. Very frustrating. You actually need to be standing in your house to change your info on your account even with all your other information that you provide. God forbid you have a job and try to do this away from home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They initially allow you to have access to audio and voice features, and then require you to purchase a plan to continue having access to these.

Garbage lashes they only lasted 4 days before they all came out

This is a terrible product and a scam. EZVIZ brands in 100x better. It allows you to pay to unlock recording, but it allows you to see pictures when motion detection is captured. 3 hours after I can go and see what generated it. With Blink you see jacks**t. Way to go Amazon. Screwing customers all over America!

Yup same thing here, it was working perfectly, my subscription ran out and next day my usb on my sync module didn't work. I spent 2 hours with blink support, many usb's formatted, resetting, deleting and many factory resets only for them to tell me it won't work. They suggest for me to buy subscription or to buy a new unit. Then I paid one month subscription and it magically works now. I'll not be investing on Blink anymore. I'll be writing my review on Amazon so that they stop screwing us over.

A blank floodlight get it all hooked up. Everything's fine dust. Dawn feature doesn't work motion detection light doesn't work and you can't turn the light on via the app because it just goes back off again contact customer support and they say they've known about this problem for a year and a half, so why are you still selling the light and that we need to wait for an update been waiting for two years this is just a load of crap, terrible company terrible customer support terrible unit
