I have the indoor cameras so now I added the doorbell. I haven’t been using it for a week it’s already not working when I checked it out it says battery low. I tried using Duracells it doesn’t work so I bought 2 pairs at CVs for 18$ plus taxes. Put the batteries on they don’t hold. I am rerry sure the doorbells comes loose so it cannot hold the batteries. I called customer support , they made me send them tons of pictures with and tour batteries . The agent had the nerves to tell me it’s because i put the batteries wrong. Like really? So you are teaching me how to put batteries on now? Asked for a refund they won’t . I told them I just renewed my membership . I’m gonna use it for the indirect cameras and worn renew with you. I’ll look for another provider. Their service is not cheap either . How can your batteries be low in less than a week? Explain to me . I don’t usually complain but I urge people not to waste their money . DO NOT BUY THW DOORBELL. They are not worth it

Without any doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I spent circa £70 and nothing works. I have been passed to numerous staff members all as useless as the last. Don't buy a blink camera. There's plenty of other security companies.

Hab 2 Stück gekauft , zur Überwachung unserer Hauseinfahrt und Pool! Beide sind mit dem Syncmodul zu 100% verbunden und wlan stärke zu 95% ! Trotzdem habe ich über die App von 10 Zugriffen, 9 mal Probleme ein Bild bzw Liveübertragungen zu erhalten! System ausgelastet oder keine Verbindung zu Blink ... usw . Kotzt mich eigentlich jeden Tag mehr an! Würde dieses Produkt nicht mehr kaufen

Wireless Cameras with good lithium batteries go offline when you need them most. The Sync Module goes offline when you need it most. Blink marketing doesn’t tell you that you must use their wireless cameras on 2.4ghz only! You discover this lousy detail only after you’ve spent countless hours of troubleshooting. My sync module is 4ft from my GloFiber router which is set to 2.4ghz (at Blinks insistance) yet it still goes OFFLINE intermittently while all of my other Non-Blink systems remain online 24/7. Conclusion: avoid BLINK even if they offer it free of charge!

Hilfe bei Problemen mit Passwort und dem Konto unterirdisch. Es wird behauptet falsche SN übermittelt zu haben. Stimmt nicht! Man wartet tagelang auf Rückmeldung. Kunden Support geht wirklich anders.

Biggest waiste of money since Owl Cam car security … way substanderd product - theyre horrible “customer service “ has just convinced me to throw all componets in the trash - where its more apropriate , and move on to a reliable security device company… shame on you amazon … another one for your hall of shame entrys !

Ich war mit dem System so lange zufrieden, so lange die Probe-Version für den Cloud-Service gelaufen ist. Danach habe ich das System mit dem lokalen Speicher verwendet und ab da kann man es ziemlich vergessen. Die Videos laden so gut wie nie - ist mehr ein Zufall, wobei es zu 90% nicht funktioniert, wenn ich mir dein Video anschauen möchte. Echt schade. Für den Cloud-Service verrechnen sie dann einen ziemlich satten monatlichen Betrag. Wobei immer kommuniziert wird, dass das System mit lokalem Speicher genau so gut geht.

Ordered a three camera pack. Two synced and installed fine - although they respond slower than other cameras on my home network. The third was a complete dud, confirmed by an hour of troubleshooting. I opened a support ticket and explained the issue plus confirmed troubleshooting steps already completed, but was treated to days of generic responses that made no attempt to resolve based on actual information, and often asked me to repeat information and steps already taken. I finally called in - and the first agent hung up 10 seconds into the all (I believe it was a mistake or a network error - their connection wasn’t great. I called back, and after 10 minutes of further repeating all of the troubleshooting steps, they agreed the camera is malfunctioning and are sending a replacement. The icing on the cake was the final email response, about an hour later - telling me they would simply close the ticket if I did not comply with their troubleshooting requirements (which, again, had been completed and reported several times). I will research and select an alternative equipment brand when I upgrade my system in a few months - this was an extremely poor experience.
