The equipment is fine when it works but the customer service is absolutely shocking, if you have any issues just bin it and buy something else. Hands down the least helpful CS I've every experienced.

One star you have people that work for you and don't know they're job. Keep sending me back and forth. Blink, Amazon, Apple. Nobody knows nothing.

Blink gekauft gebraucht auf einem Trödelmarkt. Leider kann ich es nicht nutzen das Konto bei blink noch beim ursprünglichen Verkäufer hinterlegt. Man kann es selbst nicht löschen. Absoluter minuspunkt und somit ist das Gerät für mich wertlos. Danke für nichts blink ist schlecht.

Purchased camera system in April completed free trail and started paying for subscription. Few months later cameras somehow disconnected, so I had to delete app reinstall and reconnect cameras. During the process it stated cameras are being used by a different email address which is not right. I reached out to customer support in May and all they keep saying to this day is my email not registered and that they don’t know who I was paying my subscription fee to. It has been 2 months later and they still emailing me asking the same questions (wanting the serial numbers from devices) and giving the same answers…. Do you remember your EMAIL!!!!!! I’m so mad I’m out of $300. These people are acting like I STOLE the cameras!!!! If I stole them I wouldn’t keep responding after 2 months of no help. This is crazy….. even told me to provide proof of purchase. I will never use this system again.

Preisverdächtige schlechter Kundenservice. Nicht kaufen!!!!! Seit 6 Monaten !!! Kontakt- wenn sie Antworten. Ca 40 E-Mails geschrieben. Das Problem- Clips werden nicht auf Speicherkarte aufgezeichnet nicht mal ansatzweise erkannt. Ich reiße den ganzen Mist bald ab und sende es zurück.

Absolut unzufrieden mit Blink. Der Support ist eine absolute Frechheit. Bereits 2 Kameras sind kurz nach der Garantie defekt. Entweder die Kamera geht nicht mehr an oder die Auflösung ist verschwommen. Der Support ist in keiner Weise entgegenkommend. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von der Amazon eigenen Firma Blink. Ich hatte weit über 30 Kameras im Einsatz und werde fortan Amazon-Marken bei Kamerasystemen meiden.

Goes offline all the time. Customer service is the worst example of trying to wear you out with excessive and slow-dealing paperwork asks so they don’t have to help you. Even when I was in 30-day trial mode and they had every reason to put their best foot forward, the only way to reach support is email, they waited > 24 hrs to respond, and that response was a request for difficult to find information they already had stored in my account. Will not subscribe and looking into replacing with something that isn’t trash.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the **Blink Outdoor Doorbell Camera**, which I believe is being falsely advertised and is of incredibly poor quality. This complaint also extends to the **terrible customer service** I received from Amazon. Despite being explicitly marketed and sold as an "Outdoor Doorbell Camera" and widely advertised as "weather-resistant," this product is demonstrably *not* suitable for outdoor use. I have personally experienced the failure of **three** separate Blink doorbell units, each of which was ruined by exposure to rain. The most recent incident culminated in a shocking revelation from Amazon support. After my third unit failed due to water damage, I contacted Amazon for a replacement. I was informed by a representative named **"Mike"** that a replacement would not be provided because, as he stated, **the product "wasn’t designed to be exposed to water or the elements."** This statement directly contradicts all marketing claims and the very nature of an "outdoor doorbell." It is illogical and deceptive to market a device for outdoor use if it cannot withstand basic weather conditions like rain. This is a clear case of false advertising and selling a product that does not meet the reasonable expectations for its advertised use. Blink's claims of "weather-resistant" are, in my experience, completely unfounded. Furthermore, the customer service I received was deplorable. Not only was I refused a resolution for a product that failed due to its inherent design flaw, but I was also **not allowed to speak to a supervisor** to escalate my complaint or discuss this glaring discrepancy in product claims versus reality. This lack of willingness to address a severe product issue and to prevent customers from speaking with a higher authority is unacceptable. I have wasted money on three of these defective products and am now forced to abandon the entire Blink system. I intend to switch my smart home system to Google and cancel my Blink subscription permanently as a result of this egregious experience. I urge the Consumer Affairs to investigate these deceptive marketing practices by Blink and the inadequate customer service provided by Amazon concerning this product. Consumers deserve products that perform as advertised and support that genuinely assists with legitimate product failures.
