Blink keeps harassing me to upgrade my subscription since I added additional cameras, but there's no way to do it! The website sez I can't manage my account there, the app sez I can't manage it on it either - and of course the only customer service available is some disgusting AI garbage that would have to improve dramatically to be merely worthless... Pathetic.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, staff that do not know what they are talking about , incompetent. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS MOB. Other more reliable CCTV companies out there .

Blink hat die absolut schlechtesten Kameras ! Der Support von Blink ist unterirdisch!! Ich habe 3 Wochen auf eine Antwort gewartet, dann habe ich alle 3 Kameras verschrottet! Von einem Kauf kann ich nur abraten. Jede andere Kamera ist besser als Blink !!

Blink does not support their products as they should. I have a 3 year old camera that is not longer working and their tech support was useless in getting to a solution other than to say they no longer support the model and to buy a new one. There are other outdoor security camera offering and I would definitely stay away from Blink products. Amazon are the owner of Blink is also to blame.

Utter garbage spent hours typing to set up only to find next day not working and then it was in fault mode only fit for the bin

My experience with Blink cameras has been the most frustrating of any product I have ever bought. The cameras are dependent on software which is seriously flawed. To be specific: 1. I established a password which failed to work two times before it finally was accepted. There was no typing error, but a repeated messages that there was a problem with either my username or password. 2. After I succeeded in setting up a password, a week later the program said my password was incorrect so I had to go through a tedious process of changing the password which required multiple receiving of the 6 digit code, which made no sense. 3. After I changed the password my wife tried to log in on her iphone and it would not accept either my email or my password; I still cannot figure out which was the problem. Using technical support we changed the username to her email and a new password. She began having popups of a previous email we had when we had a previous account with Blink 3 years ago. We finally got her email and her password to work on both phones, but again it would not accept the new password on her phone the first time we tried it. All these problems, believe me, were not from our typing errors but something seriously wrong with the software. This product is pathetic!!!!!

Erst nach einigen Tagen eine Rückmeldung. Dann wurde das Problem auf die Batterie n geschoben, obwohl nur eine von zwei identischen Kameras defekt war.

Can’t believe this company and when I contacted customer support the guy was hard to understand because this anti American company has phones in Philippines. Does waste you hard earned money on this company selling false security THEY REMIND ME OF SNAKE OIL SALESMAN they sell shit that doesn’t do anything
