Beware. The guys that sold me my blink security cameras told me if I had any questions issues, I could call them. Well, the cameras needed to be adjusted. I called them. They said too bad. Call Blink. I called blink. They said we don't do that. Maybe you shoul call Geek Squad. All they will do is take your money. Now 3 of the 5 have become worthless. Fuzzy blurry clips. No longer record clips at night. They need to go out of business

Today Blink is requiring an IOS upgrade to version 16 or greater. I have an older iPhone that works just fine (iPhone 7plus). At this point I cannot upgrade to version 16 on my 7plus. Therefore, my 10 Blink cameras are useless to me! Called Blink and they are of no use! No work around, No offer to use my cameras without the update! Of course they won't buy back the cameras now that I can't use them! Of course they will not buy me a newer iPhone so that I can use them! Totally useless! So much for customer service! Never again!

HOW IS IT THAT YOU CAN CREATE AN ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CAMERA AND SAVE DIFFERENT DEVICES BUT THEY DO NOT SAVE WHEN YOU HAVE TO UPDATE THE APP?? SO INCONVENIENT! WHAT IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURS AND IM NOT ABLE TO GET FOOTAGE. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED IF YALL ARE UPDATING THE APP FOR INCOMPETENT REASONS NO ONE EVER ASKS FOR. LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS! IMPROVE!!

Recently changed mobile number and internet provider. Tried to re-register my camera but forgot password. Contacted customer service on Weds and received an immediate reply asking for more details…. Nothing since ! Now Sunday and I’ve sent numerous emails and no replies… disgustingly poor customer services.

Received email on September 23, 2025 about Blinks subscription changes that would go in affect October 8, 2025. To keep your old subscription you had to update the app by September 29, 2025. I did in fact update the app. I've had services for 3 yrs at the rate of $100 Renewal yearly renewal subscription Plus plan. They also had 2 yr subscription fir $200 and 3 year for $300. I chose to stay with current plan. Today, October 11, 2025. I get charged $119 ( taxes-$127.19). I called the customer service number and questioned the price because I confirmed my updated app beside September 29th and the agent told me that you had to subscribe to either the $200 or the $300 plan and since I did not my plan is now $119. No where in the email says this which is very misleading. The agent says, we are sorry but we have been getting a lot of calls saying that the email is misleading. Wth? They offered no type of refund reconciliation due to their misleading email information and the consumer have to suck it up. Please be aware of their false advertisements.

Was nützt es, dass die App, wenn sie funktioniert, gut ist, wenn man sich zu völlig unvorhergesehener Zeit gerade wenn man außer Haus ist, und die App dringend braucht, erneut in der App anmelden muss!!!! … und das, wenn man schon in der App angemeldet war und diese vor kurzem genutzt hat, also kein neuer Smartphone, oder Update oder sonstiges - einfach so, weil Blink der Meinung ist, die vermeintliche Sicherheit erhöhen zu müssen…

Doorbell eats batteries like fury and only uses expensive lithium AA type. Regularly stops working, sending notifications of activity but nothing is recorded. No way to reset it remotely, batteries have to be removed every time. I can't believe I wasted my money on this garbage and paid a yearly subscription for it too. Will definitely be cancelling and dropping it in the bin. Don't buy this rubbish.
