Very poor cameras. Slow, NO recording unless you buy their cloud service. NO ability to install a SD card to save video. NO notifications of motion detection. All these feature are available with several other OEM's and better cameras

Absolute load rubbish they don’t know what they’re talking about at customer services. What they’re offering is an absolute lie. Don’t waste your time or your money with these people or this company. I know it’s part of Amazon but it’s absolute toffee if I could give it less than one star I woy. I’m sending everything back because it’s absolute rubbish. Do not buy this crap.

My first 2nd Gen Doorbell showed low batteries after 2 weeks. The technician could not find out why and ordered a replacement. The 2nd one did exactly the same. I contacted Customer Support and for the next few weeks had to do numerous checks to no avail. Eventually they agreed to replace that one. I am now awaiting my 3rd Doorbell. I check the batteries and there always seem to be one battery is low.

I have 4 external cameras - and 2 indoor cameras. The older external cameras (3 in total) that use Cloud storage seem to be generally reliable - but I will never know what I missed! But the 3 newer cameras (using Local storage) are totally unreliable. The 2 indoor Mini completely miss people walking with 3 feet of the cameras. I had a long call with support - who were really not able to resolve the issue. There is no point in spending money on security IF it is NOT secure!

You get what you pay for ... software is complete junk. The cameras work, but whatever you do don't move or change an email address .... their software and staff can't handle it. I spent two days on the phone with techs to get my account changed over. Finally, I they were able to make the change then about 10 months afterward ... all my cameras stopped working and I got an email telling me the cameras were registered to another account. When I called support ... again they tell me to log into the old email address to fix the problem. I'm done with Blink ... why after 10 month so working under the new email would everything revert back to the old account. Buy something else the aggravation isn't worth it!!

I would avoid this product. They have zero customer service. My Blink camera suddenly went offline. I emailed customer support twice with the same question: "Why is there a yellow light blinking?" All I got was a textbook answer that had no relevance to my question. They obviously don't care about customers, and they obviously don't read the questions that people ask. I also have Wyze cameras, and their customer service is a whole lot better than Blink. I would never buy another Blink product again.

The indoor /outdoor cameras have been acceptable on a few levels. The new hi res wired ones even better. That’s were the positives end. The doorbell models are crap upon crap. Lag time to connect if you are the lucky one where it connects at all. If someone is at door you will not be able to live see them so it’s a joke of function. The customer service care is even lower than the crap quality. Ive wasted hours upon hours with zero resolution with the doorbell cams. I even have two models (the newest 2025 model) stuck on the door as one is always barely showing bars to the sync model whereas the other shows full green yet still won’t connect. Neither connect. Must reset them once a week if I have any hope they may work. Cant stand them. And at this stage they will go to trash and I’ll have to switch to another company just for doorbell front door security. If only the doorbells could hold up like the other camera models it be a win win. Instead it’s a win lose with Blink.

Had a door bell camera for 2years ,It continually will not produce video . It works for a while then have to call tech support which painful as they all are not helpful .I have asked if it works well without a subscription and I get back Yes . I guess that my business isn't important . And after 1/2 hr on tech the will not call back .
