The biggest issue is that local storage is basically unusable on this newer sync module. My older Blink unit allowed USB storage and easy access to clips, but this version feels like it’s intentionally limited to push you into a paid subscription. That’s a major step backward. Performance is also lacking: * Motion detection is slow and often misses events * Night vision quality is poor compared to what’s advertised * Delays make it unreliable for real security use Overall, this feels like a downgrade designed to force ongoing fees rather than provide a solid standalone product. I ended up returning it and sticking with my older setup. Would not recommend unless you’re willing to pay for the subscription.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS COMPLETELY. I CHANGED MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER AND NOW CANNOT ACCESS MY CAMERAS. THEY KEPT ASKING FOR THE INFO FROM MY OLD ACCT TO RESET IT. THAT WASN'T AN OPTION. I CALLED FOR SUPPORT AND GOT THESE STUPID ASSANINE OUTSOURCES WHO ARE COMPLETELY USELESS. THEY WANTED THE SN FOR 3 OF MY DEVICES WHICH I SENT PICTURES OF FROM THE CAMERA. THEN THEY KEPT EMAILING ME ASKING FOR THE INFO I PROVIDED. I CALLED AND CALLED AND GOT THE RUNAROUND AND THEN THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T HELP ME. I SHOULD SUE THEM.

Used on and off for a few years - kind of invested into this when i wish i didn't. What prompted the review is i bought a new camera that hasn't worked out of the box. Customer service is appalling - fob you off over two weeks with different troubleshooting requests. I'm not sure what part of it doesnt power on they are not getting. Ill be finishing the year on the cloud and moving on. If you get the customer rep Pooja unlucky!

Was ein Unsinn....ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen da der Browser nicht unterstützt wird. Was sitzen denn dort für Altertümliche Programmierer?
