We became Blink customers from the very beginning. We bought our 1st set of cameras from. QVC. We currently still have 4 cameras, but they are slowly dying out. We loved that they could be moved anywhere and didn't have to be wired and there was no subscription. Well, you've lost another loyal customer because we will not be sucked into a subscription plan. That was why people flocked to your product in the 1st place.

I am on my 2nd blink video doorbell camera. I went with blink a 2nd time because of price however it has been problem after problem & their customer service is NON EXISTENT! If you happen to be lucky enough to get a response no one has a clue what the real problem is!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying from Blink. It is absolutely rubbish. They get one extra star because I did get some ok support from their customer service team but it constantly crashes, doesn't announce and runs out of battery after one day! I'd go for Ring or try Eufy. I wish I had done. I bought their basic subscription for £24.99 for the year and you can get partial refunds for each passing day but I might have to argue for a full refund if this doesn't actually get better because I'm not getting what I expected from it. I did cancel autorenewal next May so that's something!

Normal cameras are fine, doorbell camera not so much. We use the recommended batteries and they only last a week or max 2. We have set the boundaries so it doesn’t go off all the time but still not great battery life at all! Quality isn’t great at night time. Doesn’t pick up key moments needed (actually someone ringing the door bell!) Wouldn’t recommend at all sorry

I wanted a camera I can simply hook up and get an alert when someone walks in front of it. So far after purchase, I got a notice saying I was going to lose features unless I upgrade... so I did that. Now a few months later a new message just blocked me from seeing clips and forced me to add an address... it also says I have 6 days left of a trial??? I didn't sign up for a trial and this is kind of a scam... you can't just buy a camera to view videos if the camera is triggered... these guys are going to keep trying to get you to spend more money. It's a lame marketing program that is going to completely ruin your reputation if you don't change it. I see you already have alot of unhappy customers.

I wanted to upgrade my subscription but it ended up buying another subscription of the same… I couldn’t get my cameras to work so I was with technical support all morning trying to get these cameras to work and ended up. I had to cancel the subscription which I had asked him to do in the first place. It ended I have NO SUBSCRIPTION AND they took money…

The system has a lot of frequent issues, like live view failures, cameras being offline even when the Wi-Fi signal is strong, and delays in receiving notifications on your phone. I know that Blink devices are cheap, but they aren't worth it.

Un buon prodotto. Ma al termine della prova, 30 giorni, devi assolutamete acquistare un abbonamento altrimenti, anche con blink sync module 2 acquistato separatamente, molte funzioni vengono bloccate e continui saranno gli allerts di movimento che non è più possibile gestire.
