Wish I had off checked these reviews before buying. Customer Services very rude and extremely unhelpful. My outdoor camera broke after 2 weeks and blink wont replace and now they are just ignoring me!! Do not go near this company

Trying to use these Blink wired cameras for probably our5th move. They are tied to an Email address i had for 30 years that COX cancelled when we moved without telling me that was going to happen! Another review... trying to connect these to a new email address is and act of God! I would avoid them like the plague! They were inexpensive so the quality is cheap anyway! Bottom line, a company without solid tech help won't survive this economy!

Started off ok. New Camera wasn’t recording consistently. Contacted customer support, had some respond fairly quickly, issue still wasn’t resolved now I can’t get them to respond to follow up emails. Sent again through their website. Nothing. Do not recommend unless you like being ignored. worst customer service.i will be returning their product and will not buy again.

Thumbnail won’t refresh and live view won’t work. I’ve tried EVERYTHING! Called tech support twice, total of 3 hours on the phone, and they’re no help. When you call, AI answers. It’s hard to get a person. This is ridiculous.

The cameras take a little bit of hassle to setup and once on run fairly well. That is if you pay for one of their "ai subscription plans". The scoundrels that run that company have essentially gutted my cameras functionality and are holding it ransom unless I cough up $20 per month. I've already bought and paid for this camera system well over a year ago. Essential features I had access to are now paywalled. The only thing that happens with "AI" is that you will get a notification with a video description that is sometimes accurate but mostly not. Oh and i was just informed that I cannot continue my subscription through apple so now I get to fight to recover my blink.com account password. By the way, password recovery isnt available on blink.com, only on their app. But you cant keep subscriptions on the app. These cameras were at an okay place value wise.. but no way are they worth it for the initial purchase price + $20 a month. If you only have one device you can get a discount because there is an option for $11 per month per device but the devices are most commonly sold in pairs or triples. There is no customer service, you'll get an ai chatbot runaround and nothing more. I absolutely would not touch this vampiric company with a ten thousand foot pole. The only store video clips for 60 days with no apparent way of downloading them or saving them for the future. Wish I hadn't bought these, budgeting now to replace them.

Every camera I buy is junk. I thought blink was going to be a good one and it started off ok. One of the reasons I bought this is because they advertise the batteries would last up to 2 years. They don't even last two weeks and you have to buy the most expensive batteries they sell. I hate false advertising there is no one getting two years out of these batteries. Sure it's only $3 a month to subscribe but it's $40 a month in batteries. I'm so sick of it everything I buy is freaking junk anymore. What happened to the date or it just buy something it would just work. You bought it You paid for it it works well You don't have to pay no monthly fees. Going to pay $100 for the camera and then I got to pay so much a month just to see my camera work. It's such a shame with this world came to and these companies are just worthless anymore. Hell of these junk cameras I'm just going to buy a dog. Blink you are huge let down and I'll never purchase anything from you again. Batteries last 2 years what a freaking joke. The doorbell won't even last two years

Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Called 6 times for the same issue. Just get the run around asked every time for a supervisor will not transfer me to them. Finally they said someone will call me. So we sit and wait. What a joke of a company

Camera don’t stay connected to the WiFi. My subscription was randomly stopped. Now I’m having hell to renew it. The website is trying to force me to purchase the more expensive plan. I don’t recommend at all
