Junk, doesnt pick up motion. Even standing infrint of camera it still doesnt. I bought 12 cameras. 8 no longer detect motion. Over 4 hours on the phone with tech support they claim its one camera causing the issue. Told me that if I tried all of the trouble shooting they would replace the camera. Only it was a lie when I spend another hour on the phone they tell me I am a lier they never said that. Then they call me back at 3:38 am waking my wife and I up. Amazon told me this was a common issue with blink and I would never fix it.junk and horrible customer service!

Customer service is AWFUL! I’ve been with them for a few years now. The door cams worked great until I got the newer version last year. Now it never works unless it wants too??? My Alexa devices will tell me someone is at the door. But when I go to look… nothing! No videos and won’t load the live view!!! I’ve been trying to get help since September 2025 and it’s impossible! They tried saying it’s because my WiFi is bad and it’s not getting good enough signal. We literally have the BEST WiFi!! Plus we live in an apartment so it’s not like it’s a big house or anything. The door is maybe 20 feet from the WiFi router and the sync module!!!!!!!!! They literally told me to “try and move the camera”. Umm.. I only have ONE DOOR!!! Then they tell me to buy a WiFi extender because it could be the metal door that’s disturbing the connection. Wtf??? The OLDER model NEVER had any issues with the metal door! So my dumba$$ bought an extender the other day. Guess what??? It still don’t work!!! Only when it wants too! So now I have to return that because I didn’t need it and I already figured that. They take DAYS to reply on email! And then when they reply they are zero help! Idk how many times they’ve told me to reset everything and start over. Now that I did that, I can’t get the sync module or the indoor kitchen camera to reconnect!!! I am FURIOUS at this point! wtf and I paying $16 a month for???? All I want is to feel safe! And to know when my packages are here so they don’t get stolen again! Don’t buy this junk!! If you do then don’t forget that you have to buy the most expensive batteries unless you want to change it every other week! What a joke! I am DONE with this company and will be looking for a new one! What a waste of money and time!!!!

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Kundenservice bei minderwertigen und dabei überteuerten Produkten. Bsp. 2 Lithium-Batterien sind bereits nach 41 Tagen leer. Es muss folglich ein Defekt vorliegen. Blink interessiert das aber überhaupt nicht.

Horrible horrible horrible... 3 days 3 hrs to talk to who knows who that don't understand a damn thing. Called back asked for manager and the rep refused. I had these for damn near 10 years. Now they go in the garbage with the blink organization.

would not recommend, Phone updated and my account was wiped out. Email recognized but password invalid . the system never worked on 2 devices, only 1, password invalid on second device. In my personal humble opinion would not purchase again

I bought my cameras a year ago, and two of them keep dying within a week of battery changes. I have been given the runaround with Blink customer service for two whole months, only to be told my cameras are now out of warranty and there’s nothing they will do to help me. I’m honestly disappointed because the cameras were not cheap for me.

Don’t have support and don’t back up their products. Removing all cameras. Not worth a system. Better to go Costco that has a system that records without subscription and works year round. Blink is useless.

Believe me or not I cannot even sell my blink cameras, all 9 of them plus lights etc as the person that bought them would not be able to use them either even though they are all serviceable. ?! I have found all blink product will not register as I registered all 11 blink products in 2020 and forgot which email address I used.. All blink items just stopped working days after I paid £80 yearly subscription and blink will not reset any of them. I am unable to use my cameras again....Why the email address is absolutely required is beyond me as they are still sending mail to my Amazon account, so we need 2 emails accounts? . Blink has been very unhelpful and inflexible. One further thought is that why did my email corrupt the profile, or was it hacked???! Honestly...
