Blink Equipment is SHIT! Representative said they only last 3 to 4 yrs then they fail. I have the best internet in my area and they still don't work well. Very very glitchy. The perpetrators will be long gone before my cameras can't catch them!!

I would not recommend blink cameras if you wanna back up your own data. The cameras constantly default to cloud storage thus eliminating your availability to view those videos. It happens quite frequently and is very frustrating. It appears they are doing everything they can to force you into a monthly subscription Which I and into not want to take on. Thus I am currently looking at other options.

nach dem Probeabo werden die Clips ohne Abo nicht mehr auf dem USB Stick gespeichert/ wiedergegeben, also ist die Überwachung nutzlos. Finger weg von dieser Abzocke

I bought a new Blink camera to add to my working blink camera!! Well when I went to set up the new camera it kept saying that the camera had bad data!! My first mistake was contacting technical support!! Many many many times I followed the instructions and the would just keep sending me the same instructions and wouldn’t listen too me!! In the process of listening to customer service now my working camera doesn’t work at all!! Now they are just ignoring me!! I really think that they are knowingly selling bad cameras!! I wish I knew what the best inexpensive cameras I could buy!! I now have no cameras and have a dog with separation anxiety and now I can’t watch her and make sure that she is okay!! Blink s ks!!!

Nothing but a constant aggravation. I have 3 outdoor wireless cameras in different locations. One day one camera is offline and the other two are working. The next day a different camera is offline and the other two are working. And the the same with the third camera. It's the same old routine from blink. Change batteries, unplug module and plug back in. Well they are all within 20 feet of the module and new batteries. Save your money and buy a different brand.

I bought 5 pack of cameras with a sync module. The first 4 cameras attached to the sync module and work just ok. Not good. Customer support is there but very unresponsive. It takes days to get a reply at least then they tell you do do all of the things that you have already done from their trouble shooting tips. Wait longer. After 6 separate times my 5th camera still won’t work with the sync module. There is more to the story and it’s nothing but ban. Do not buy these cameras from anywhere. Thanks for listening

Wish right now i could make a Zero stars as the cameras are pointless they last like 5 mins and then u are up And down ladders resetting them and they still cant decide if batteries work or not as they can be offline, alert to say floodlight camera batteries dont work but week later that alert has done.. then another drops down but no matter how much money u spend on batteries they all take turns not to work or Go off line… cant blame to wifi as all my devices work.. one camera offline for days then next is up.. cant get it to detect anyone or anything passing.. all of a sudden it picking up fluff flying by n every car so been n blocked out the bits of roads and paths.. but still picks them up.. I have complained so many times and i cant be up and down ladder unless someone is around as i have disabilities.. they wait till Your warrenty is up and say nothing they can do.. as i had another set and was told to remove parts which caused them all to have water damage and told me nothing can be done even when it was their advice to remove the parts.. Is their an official place to post this so blink See

I would not buy anything from Blink. My husband passed away and I cannot get them to give me a refund after I had canceled it. All they’re doing is giving me total runaround.
