Had the device for over a year and have had nothing but problems. Spent hours on the phone with support every couple of months. Today after 40 minutes they say it is a problem on their end. I will not call again, if I have any more issues.I will throw the device away and buy a ring cam like I should have done in the first place. I highly do NOT recommend this device. The low price does not mean you get a quality device, just the opposite.

3 outdoor cameras. One doorbell camera. It was running fine for the last three months after installation. Now. Notifications are going haywire. Alerts are delayed all the time. No reply from support. Wonder if all these great sales they are having are an attempt to dump their junk, knowing a problem exists.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. DON'T BUY THIS! IT'S TOTAL TRASH! I bought the 4k outdoor, and one of the cameras totally ate the battery. After reporting to the customer service and dragging this out for a month, they finally agreed to start a replacement order. Needless to say, I still don't have the replacement. If that wasn't enough, the one I have on the front door is not recording. I can't tap on the camera to see what's happening. It won't connect to the service I am paying $12.00 a month for. Overall, the product is trash, the customer service is trash, and I am going to have to get another security system. It sucks that I will have to eat the cost for this nonsense, because I don't have the strength to fight with them for another month+ for my money. I can't believe Amazon dropped the ball like this.

Customer service is terrible even after you cancel something they still charge you and they will not give you your money back. I don’t even have the equipment anymore.

I upgraded my router, now the blink mini camera do not work. Blink customer service would not help at all. Do not buy, this is the worst customer service I have ever received

Blink is pitiful. There is no logical way to get support. If you change your phone number you are screwed. There is no way to speak to anyone and they make you click link after useless link. Even the phone number they provide make you click useless link after useless link and it all takes you back to the same place. You can not change the number in the settings in the app when YOU CAN NOT ACCESS THE DAMN APP. Do not buy Blink!!

Absolut enttäuschend vom Kundenservice!! Kamera undicht, Linse von innen beschlagen. Aus der ferne wird beurteilt das es ein „physische Schaden“ ist und dadurch kein Garantiefall!! Absolute Frechheit und mega Kundenunfreundlich!! Das war das allerletzte mal das ich von Blink etwas gekauft habe und Weiterempfehlung wird es auch nicht mehr geben!! Danke für NICHTS!!!

Produit devient obsolète et inutile sans abonnement qui empêche de prendre en clip sur un disque local pour forcer les gens à prendre un abonnement. Une arnaque et un piège dans le produit que je ne recommande pas tant que la politique d’utilisation n’a pas changé. A voir si cela est juridiquement légal en Europe….perso j’ai un doute
