It is almost useless now. Horrible application. horrible cloud plans. just plain turned to garbage. Trash like all Amazon products.. only designed to absolutely fleece you. The tech fatigue is so real with that company. Greed is god to them.

This should be 0 stars. Ive contacted support multiple times and they are no help. I've even been hung up on at one point. I have 3 cameras and they are offline 95% of the time. Completely worthless do not buy

I bought 4 blink wired floodlights. All of them do not work Dusk To dawn automatically. Everytime i call customer support they tell me that blink knows about the issue and working on it. Whe i asked the customer person that every time i call they tell me the same thing and asked him if it has been 6 months noee, when are they going to fix it and they need to take the product back and refund me the money. The said we can't because your product passe the eligibility for refund and said we are sorry for the inconvenience and we are working on the issue. This is rediculous and nonsence. Blink company is ripping off people and someone needs to step in and hold blink responsible for leaving so many people with bad product. This sucks.

I’ve had the Outdoor 4 system for a little over a year. After my premium subscription expired, and I chose to use local storage, it has been down more than it’s been operational. The telephone help desk is very helpful, but after literally HOURS on the phone (this time), I decided to throw away the system. I’m so aggravated! Save your money.

We got rid of Blink cameras very poor cameras they want a monthly fee so we through them out wet with BASEUS SECURITY X1 PRO OUTDOOR DUAL CAMERA FULL COLOR DAY AND NIGHT "NO SUBSCRIPTION FEES" THATS 2 IN ONE CAMERAS PER UNIT WE REALLY LIKE THIS CAMERAS!!1 BYE BYE BLINKY YOU FAILED REALLY BAD

This is my second camera that i’m going thru in 2 year and it stop working once there is something wrong with the net work the camera doesn’t connect it didn’t it with my last one and now this one they were not able to help me but advice to get a new one this is inconvenient trash product switching to another door camera

Blink Doorbell Cámaras are Good But , The Blink Service Is Terrible They Stop Recording my Video Clips sending me Blank Door Video Clips to Trick me into Cancelling My Subscription so I can Upgrade and Subscribe to the New AI Plan they Have I don’t Like that is A Scam ! That’s why I am Switching to Another Video Door Camera !

The system started out ok, but quickly went to nothing but problems, can't get customer support as it is in another country, Always trying to sell you more service to make system work.
